Sort of on the same subject, but does the Sheriff's office have a rank system? As in some deputies were rank patches on their arms and will react to the things that you've listed above. I haven't noticed any sheriff's deputies wearing rank patches on their arms so that's why I'm asking.

Now if we could get an ELS enabled version of the interceptor, like the Stanier, it would be the perfect combination.

Papers, Please is a fun little indie game. There's also Payday 2 which is a nice FPS game that revolves around robbing banks and purchasing different weapons/skills to better equip your character. It's centered mostly around online gameplay but you can play alone or with the AI.

Alright. In my opinion it seems that by changing equipment like that would ruin the car's original feel. Without the same NYPD pushbar nor the original Vision SLR lightbar, it just not the car that you'd expect when you were looking for a retired NYPD Crown Vic.

Those two pictures are of different NYPD CVPIs. Also, the first one seems very strange because it has forward facing blue lights on it, something that is illegal for police department's in New York. The first picture also is using a pushbar that the NYPD doesn't put on their vehicles.

Yea, you are correct. I opened the file up and it's just like GTAIV's police livery. It's a single .png with all the model's decals close together. However, I heard from Skyline that he might release a mapped version of the 2nd Generation Stanier, that way we will be able to create full textures for it.

I see, so Paramedic was given permission by Kinsta to upload his texture along with Kinsta's original model. Well, the only solution I can think of, if you really want the template, is to message Kinsta and see if he still has it and is willing to give it to you.

The model is by Kinsta, so I would assume that the author, Paramedic, wouldn't have included a template since it's just a texture. Maybe try searching for the original model on the internet?

Do you have any modded police vehicles in the game? If so, do you have links to them? They are most likely causing this issue and not the game itself nor LCPD:FR.

Yea, it is that hard. None of the programs that we had would have been compatible with the GTAV disc and so a new program had to be made to be able to extract models. Then they have to be converted to IV's type of models. It was well worth the wait.

Are you using the 1.0 hotfix? Maybe that will solve your issue? I've been seeing this as well but it hasn't bothered me much.
