Modders tend to stay far away from Google Sketchup because of how poor of quality the models are once they are made for GTA IV. Sorry, but I don't think it'll happen.

Would it be possible to change the color of the grill lights to red..? I want to do it in order to follow Liberty City's(New York) law of making it illegal for law enforcement vehicles to have blue foward-facing emergency lights. -

It's mostly dependent on what specifications that your computer has. To answer the OPs question, about 2-3 hours without any sort of errors.

I wondered that too. It's inside of the file but it won't show up in-game. Maybe Netman will fix it? -

He was referring to his own model, which was a LVMPD CVPI that had a bike rack on the rear. The link doesn't work because it's from a blacklisted website. Do you know the name of the lightbar from the picture? That could help out greatly.

When you call everyone a dipshit for not understanding your point of view, how do you expect people to agree with you? There's already been far too many "1.0 broke my game and i want a better mod" threads and your's isn't any different. Sure, the errors are annoying but as long as you know what you're doing, having a PC that can handle GTA IV loaded with mods and knowing which mods crash more than others, then you're on your way to a good game. You don't want it to crash so often or bug out? Follow the guides and tutorials. Check your PC and make sure it's ready to handle the game's uneasiness when it's modded. Don't make complaining threads on the forums. I can play fine without a crash for a good two-three hours. That's with all police slots modded and running a resource intensive graphics mod, and of course LCPD:FR. I'm seriously done with having to see people whine and moan about how the game's not perfect. Boo-fucking-hoo. I'd like to understand and help people, like you, who seem to have a large amount of game errors but acting like a spoiled child who won't get his way is making me turn away from helping.

I don't believe that's the interceptor. The grill is completely different. The body style as well has some differences as well as the hubcaps. I'm also 75% sure that the picture was from GTA V but I'm not too positive about that.
