  1. Wow nice picture, Slimory. Love that lightbar, looks well combined with the vehicle and the RCMP's white livery. Thanks for sharing.
  2. Wow thanks for sharing! I heard awhile ago that the tool used to convert cars from V to IV was in the works but that was awhile ago. Glad that it's finally a reality. Edit: Ah the video is by Skyline, he was the one who I was referring to when they talked about the GTAV car converting program. He made a lot of cool GTAV textures for IV by extracting the textures from the game. I do hope he makes the vehicle ELS that way we can have a replicate lighting system compared to that of the one implemented in GTAV.

  4. LCPD:FR does have a teamspeak..? Did you even think of searching for it before you posted?
  5. Can't we just keep this shit to ourselves and not push our beliefs onto others? By you insisting what you believe in is true, you're making yourself seem like someone who just wants attention and is trying to start an internet war.
  6. GIFs with sound are definitely not new. If you want to see some older GIFs with audio, head over to r/GifSound.
  7. I'd suggest using some spoiler tags in there so that way your original post isn't really large.
  8. Classic movies, eh? Might as well throw in another good movie. Fort Apache, The Bronx. Definitely a nice movie about the corruption that thrived in the NYPD during the late 1970s and early 80s.
  9. Blackburn is correct, that specific model does begin to disappear once it is too far from the player. There is no way to fix it, sorry. Maybe if you brought it to the author's attention then he/she maybe able to properly fix it?
  10. Well assuming when you went to the file's page on whatever site it was on, it most likely said ELS enabled models somewhere. To properly use the emergency lights on the models you speak of, download ELS from >here and simply open the .rar and drag and drop all the files from there and into your root GTAIV game folder.
  11. If the .ini file isn't working for you right now the only other suggestion I can make is to set your vehicle density in your options>graphics to a lower number so it may lessen the number of police cars on the street.
  12. I've had similar issues and to fix it completely what I did was just to follow the manual installation guide word-for-word and that seemed to have fixed it. Simply right click the .rar manuel installation and click the option Extract files.. and put the directions to your GTAIV's root folder in there and the files should all extract to there. Once they are all in, go to your root folder and open up a the folder containing the .dll files, cannot remember the exact name of the folder off the top of my head, and choose from either dsound.dll or xlive.dll. I personally use xlive.dll and that seems to have lessened any crashes I've had. Once you decide with one you will be using, copy it and paste it into your game's root folder and then delete the folder containing the .dll you did not use. Hopefully this helps you get 1.0 working properly.
  13. I'd recommend doing what I did and just take it easy on the mods, by this I mean installing some mods and then testing it out in game and not overloading the game all at once with different vehicle mods, scripts, peds, ect. I first installed 1.0, tested it in-game, and then went on to install an ENB and a couple vehicle mods, and once again went in-game for a bit and tested it out. It's better to just ration the mods out so you do not put as much stress on the game. With the ENB, car mods, and 1.0, I haven't crashed once by using this method of installing stuff.
  14. Really no need to comment on that considering there is a little report bottom near the top that allows you to tell that directly to the CT and allows them to fix the issue much quicker.
  15. I'd suggest using Braveheart's policing script because, correct me if I'm wrong, there are some good MVA callouts in there. I'd also suggesting combining that with VDH Police helper and the tow truck script as well.
