It is coming out on PC so it wouldn't hurt for someone to take a look into the files and determine if they can be modified or not. I think watch_dogs just needs to be the way it is, it's just right and badass that way

  4. He really was this selfish and took out on others because he never had a girlfriend and isn't sexually active? This disgusts me and it really shows how sick people can be. I really hope people will learn from these incidents that certain people need to be sat down and talked to in order to help them; bottling this up and harming others is not the answer.
  5. Seems fairly simple, I can do it if the mod has a template. Also, for future reference, the majority of modders and texture artists will do work for free, so there is no need to pay them. *Edit* - The truck does not provide a template. You'll need to find one that suits your taste and provides a template in order for me to do that.
  6. If you come across an unlocked model, you can add whatever lightbars and such as you please. If you are only talking about the lightbar though, it's relatively simple to change the texture and ELS.ini to accommodate for blue lighting.
  7. I can not really think of any other vehicle that can be anywhere as significant as the Crown Vic. It's sad...
  8. It looks nice in-game but I'd consider cleaning the template up its self. 4/5
  9. I'm not huge on Whelen Liberties since there are so many vehicles with them out there, but this is a nice step forward in the community with a new line of vehicles. Too many CVPIs out there. Good work. 5/5
  10. Definitely not. GTA IV is a very demanding game and with these specs, I highly doubt it.
  11. This should run GTA on medium-high settings
  12. ^ Role-playing as normal Liberty City citizens
  13. You can find it at the subway terminal near the strip club at night. If it doesn't spawn, a regular or unmarked Vapid Police Cruiser will. Just keep driving around the block until one spawns!

  15. Definitely needs some work to it. Maybe try a different color scheme?
  16. Don't forget all of those other immigrants while you're at it! And Kevin, we'd love to have you over here!
  17. You need to change the color of the vehicle via SNT or the game files.
  18. Edit: Since I only saw the actual texture its self yesterday and nothing in-game, I'd say this is better than what I had saw prior but is still a little sloppy. Consider cleaning up around the edges or corners so there is no blue where there is supposed to be white. 3/5
  19. Cheval and Vapid have released recalls on select police models, including the Police Patrol. While the ELS is installed in the vehicle, the wiring of the lightbar burns out and the lightbar becomes a ghost every flash. About 72,000 models are affected by this technical issue.
  20. This is horribly executed. Take your time to make sure you are putting 100% effort and quality into your skins before releasing them. For your first few skins, don't release them, just use them as practice as you get better until the point of being visually appealing and professional.
  21. Wow such people! *Off topic: You can have a pocket knife that big while on the job?*
  22. This was only a texture, this is CJ24's FBI Tahoe
