What would you recommend me also getting to minimize the bottlenecking?

So with the current computer I have, an HP P-1235 and I will be upgrading in a few months due to its lack of performance. The specs are: Processor: AMD A8-5500 APU with Radeon Graphics 3.20 Ghz [integrated graphics ] 8 Gb of RAM 1 TB of memory Windows 7 ---------------- I planned on purchasing the Nvidia GTX 760, and the AMD A10-5800K APU 3.8Ghz. Do you think I will run into any issues with these parts?

Some more advice would help out. What kind of vehicles are you looking for? A Crown Vic, Impala, Bearcat, Ect.?

So far, I am trying to create a realistic and accurate Titusville PD Caprice. This design is strangely only on their Caprices that they recently purchased. I'd like some feedback to lead me to some advise as this is my first Non-generic skin. Hope you like it so far. Also, this is for Deco's new caprice model that he released not to long ago and it's the closest vehicle to the real deal. Well if you think about it, It would be a nice feature, but LCPD:FR is more for just responding to calls and having a good time; not filling out paperwork. Other than that, the names of the civilians are always completely random so there is a slim to none chance that you will run into the same name twice.

With all due respect, It looks terrible. Now, you can improve by adding a better, more sophisticated design, license plates, more suitable font, and color. You current design is very bland and needs work. Still could have room for improvement. Good luck! :)

Sounds nice, but the Yelp could have slightly better noise.

1.4GHz? The minimum GHz required is 1.8. What you could do is add the following: -norestriction -nomemrestrict -availablevidmem "1.1" -percentvidmem "100" Hope it helps!

I am launching it as offline and from the root dir. Glad I'm not alone right now :o

I have EFLC and GTA IV for Steam and each time I try to start them from the social club screen, the social club screen will go away and then a black screen for about five seconds followed by it crashing to desktop. I can click on it to take me back for a brief second or too. It is running in the background just being irritating. Before you ask.... Parental controls is turned all the way down I am running both via LaunchGTAIV/(EFLC) I have the game as Vanilla. Help anyone? :P
