Can somebody please design me a skin for the Okaloosa countys sheriff's office? I really want one.

 

If you're willing to design me one i would like one for a 2013 ford explorer utility, and please provide a link to the model its designed for.

Take a stub at doing it yourself, especially considering how simple that is.  I would suggest geting Paint.net, its free and is perfect for beginning texture artist.  Pretty basic but has everything you need.  I have made all my skins using it.  If you want more help quote this post so I see it.  I won't hold your hand through but I'd be happy to get you started.

Done. I teach him how to use photoshop. He will be making more skins soon I hope, like his LC airport police. His skins look really good.

I would be happy to do this but I am kinda booked!

If no one does this just PM me and I will see what I can do!

In the meantime get GIMP, its free and you can make all sorts of skins with it.

This is a very easy skin to make BTW.

I know, although in the two FL counties I've lived in (Sarasota & Broward) the skins didn't match lie those on the pictures. They still have the same star design and colors but with a different match on their new liveries
