I'd like callouts where you respond to parties and/or groups of people that are getting out of control.
Bar fights
Group of delinquents harassing a homeless man or any other random people; they could throw items or just taunt, and sometimes their victims would fight back or run away, and in the situation of the latter, they would chase the victim ofc and all gang up on him or her.
Drunk drivers, doing breath tests and the like and checking IDs for underage drinking
To go along with new trunk search system, maybe there could be some notifications at the bottom of the screen like "You can smell the faint odor of marijuana and alcohol coming from the car," or "You can see a suspicious looking bag by the driver's seat." Then you could search in between the car seats and stuff and try to find anything. The trunk animation could work for this as well.
Callouts for responding to parties that are getting out of hand. These could range from being inside apartment buildings, restaurants, bars and bowling alleys to just a bunch of cars huddle around an area with music booming from their radios. A fight might break out when you arrive on the scene, or some might just run, or they won't care at all. Entering an apartment would have you seeing a lot of people just hanging out, drinking or eating, and dancing to music that's playing. Same goes for cars. You could search for drugs, check IDs and look them up on your computer and see if there any problems, etc. These 'hubs' could provide a lot to do.
Callout where you have to hang around certain areas and look for specific vehicles.
Robbery or vehicle theft callout. Arriving to the scene might create a hostage situation in the case of a robbery, and the meter from the suicide call could be used, or they might just wait inside for you to come in and try to kill you, or just run and try to make it to their vehicles, creating a pursuit. The Mcreary models could be used, ski mask and all, but of course other ski mask-less models could be used as well. These robberies would only take place in minor establishments such as small restaurants, etc. Maybe there could even be some security situations like Ekalb mentioned above. "Vehicle theft in progress" callouts could range from finding a suspicious group of people huddle around one car, with one of them doing a fiddling animation on it, or maybe just one perpetrator.
Stopping street races. I know this has been suggested a lot before, just supporting it yet again.
Finding escaped convicts or people with warrants for their arrest and such. They might be trying to escape in cars or be in some apartment somewhere keeping the owner hostage. The stability meter could be used yet again. The convicts don't always have to have prison uniforms on. (By the way, some of these special callouts should be very rare. I'm aware of the fact that LCPDFR is based around routine police work and I thoroughly believe in what its working towards. These are just some rare callouts that could maybe add some flavor. Hopefully they're not too outrageous ha.)
Checking up on suspicious activity by ports or other semi-abandoned areas. There could be large drug deals where you have to kill and bust multiple people and maybe some drug deals in the open, with the buyer in the car and the dealer outside with the police animation that plays when you pull someone over. I'd also like it if drug deals didn't always involve crackhead ped models.
Gang wars could be worked into calls involving shots fired. Multiple factions firing at each other would be frenetic and fun.
VIP callouts where you have to respond to VIPs in distress. The units guarding him would be in shambles, and you would have to protect him until backup arrived. You would also have to help them escort the VIP to police stations, although in some situations all opposition would be taken out and you wouldn't have to help anymore. Then the VIP and police officers would get back in a vehicle and drive off. There could also be regular VIP transports callouts where you have to drive back to a nearby police station and help transport someone to another station.
And some minor gripes:
Suicide calls are great, but its a bit unsettling whenever I arrive on a scene and the guy is in a really crowded and bustling area. Not like that's not completely impossible irl, but suicide calls in some more isolated locations would be great. There could be a higher likelihood that you might receive a suicide callout late in the day in isolated areas. It's just a bit annoying when I evacuate an area and some dumb girl walks in front of my crosshairs when I'm on the verge of talking the man out of it. Maybe near some living areas, since you might have only received the callout because a concerned citizen saw the man in alley doing whatever. There could also be some suicide callouts where the people actually jump off some place, with a helicopter spotlight on him and everything. I'd also like it if models for the guy alternated, like they do now for the mugging callout. I'd also like it if there were other cops who responded to the scene to help you out with the man and perhaps evacuate the area of citizens as well.
I'd like it if when you ordered someone to step out of their car, they walked off a distant but stopped. It's annoying when trying to chase after a guy just to find out your key for stopping people is apparently broken for the rest of your LCPDFR session. An option to have all passengers step out would be nice too, and perhaps an extra one to choose where you order them to step out of the and place their hands on their heads. There aren't voice files for every one of these, but I can easily think of some that would suffice.
Gang peds in firefights should all be of the same gang imo, perhaps leaving a trail of bloodshed of an opposing gang behind them if you can investigate after the firefight. The gang would depend on the area. In some shots fired callouts, they should also be more passive at times, especially when barricaded in a building. It's hilarious when all police opposition is taken out and you see a rush of gangsters rushing out just to be slaughtered.
