So a while back, I had a mod that was Popcycle, and that mod allows to have more cars on weekend rather than weekdays for example, perhaps more police units on the streets on weekdays as well. I forgot where I downloaded it at and forgot the name of it. I remember it was on GTA4-Mods.com where I downloaded it at but I can't seem to find it, and most of that because I have forgotten the name of it.

So maybe if you guys use the mod or if you know the mod, please help me find it? Thanks!
