Sleeping on the beach

The LCPD always tries to help as many homeless as possible. Unlike the earlier case with the drunken one, I am personally more sympathetic with this man. He was suffering from hypothermia when we arrived on the scene. The woman who called us told me that she and her husband usually drove up and down these beaches every weekend, handing out Burger Shot lunches. We wrapped the man up in a blanket and waited for the paramedics to arrive. I found out that his name was Arthur Walters, a Vietnam vet who lost his home in the late 80's. He's been drifting ever since.
