Hi everyone this few day i was watching several video and tutorial on how to mod a car in 3dsmax and blender . so right now i am trying to mod a new car for gta 4 or EFLC . i am modding a hyundai sonata or hyudai elantra . but how do i make it work for GTA 4 . can any modders there teach me .

Hi , i would like to check with everyone there , can i convert a normal civilan car to a police car in gta 4 . for example Lamborgini car to a lamborgini police car . how to do this ??? and does anyone know where can i found a hyundai elantra or hyundai avente car ???

Hi guys , need some urgent help there please , A few days ago , my computer crashed/spoilt , and now i am going to Reinstall my Gta 4 again . but cant , when i am installing the gta 4 . need to put the disc 2 . and now the error come ( see below) . so i am thinking of buying it again . but i do not know gta 4 or EFLC is better . so need you thinking and discussion . You can download sparkiv and then open the sparkiv program and look for the files to replace it with . usually is police.wtd or police2.wtd and etc

What is SNT ??? i Am looking for some mods that have realistic road textures , trees texture and Is there any light mods that make the police car light brighter ???

Hi everyone there , i would like to discuss with you . how do you thinks . is it cool ??? for me personally , i think it would be cool if we can control fellow cops officer . such as when we are patrolling the street with car . and we saw officer walking down the street. i think it would be good if we can ask / command him to arrest / frisk/ check ID of the person that we think is suspicious . rather than in the Game , the cops is just happily walking down the street doing nothing . To mods / admin . this is only a discussion and not a suggestion . thanks you

As above stated , what mods or how many mods do you have in your gta 4 . i noticed in some gta 4 videos in youtube , some of them , the road texture look fine and black . is look so different from the game . whats is it . is it a mods that change the road texture .

For me , i am a singaporean , where the police forces ,fire department , military is under the charged of the government , And for some of you that may not know , Singapore have only one main police forces/which is singapore police . Singapore and hong kong police use to trained and modelled by the Uk police . that why they are some similarity between them . such as in those pic below . Hi i was wondering whether we can make this A police computer similar to ingame gta 4 police computer where we can view current , most wanted and police database to see the suspect photo . Can we make lcpdfr version in LCPDFR , we can only check license and call for backup ..

I think we can implement the following call out such as Robbery snatch thief vehicle theft rioting fighting prostitue manhunt - - searching for the suspect that is wanted operation - to conduct anti drugs , anti prostitue , anti theft raids / anti crime patrol murder case - where you need to be at the crime scene . VIP or prisoner escort suspicious article and for the police partner system i think we can choose to whether we need 1 or 2 partner . instead of 1 partnersn the games. more realistic arrest -#%^^# ^ as i have say previously . LCPDFR computer , can we make exactly like the one in gta 4 game such as we can view most wanted and current case or search police database for photo of the suspect . i hope you all can understand what i mean More police radio/scanner such as in gta 4 game , there is attention to all unit , suspect is under custody . this is control , suspect have been neutralised /deceased Example when you are chasing after a suspect , and the suspect run , we can shout word like POLICE , you have been surrounded , please surrender or we will use force and do you think we can add this too Be on the lookout call

Friend , i also have the same problem with you before , just delete any lcpdfr files that you see in your gta 4 directory and reinstall lcpdfr again . good luck

I would choose 0.91 , because its is more stable then 0.95 . althought being lesser feature . but you wont experience game crash often and it also have arrest feature . althought not the same as i wanted

I Think i got error in LCPDFR 0.95 rc2 I cant heard the dispatcher sound when being called out called .
