Hi/hello everyone there , Where should I put the Mods that I downloaded in , I have download mods such as Neolux Enb , radiance mods , IV dashcam , ELS , Road Texture mods by fonia5 or Dkt and of Course the LCPDFR RC2 . Currently I am using the EFLC . In My game main Directory i can see as follow . Where should I put my mods , and which Visual setting should i edit it if i am going to Brighter the light in ELS . thanks you . I do not where is the correct place to put the mods in . and it crash my games after I mess with the Neolux C://Rockstar games// EFLC. Main directory ( Folder ) Common Config LANG_Readme movies OfflineActivation pc scripts TBoGT TLAD -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ( Asi Loader .Dll ) and etc . configuration setting and etc Els ini ELS.asi Advancehook.dll LaunchEFLC gta4browser gtaencoder

Hi as above stated , Have anyone there have Gta 4 PC game . I used to Have GTA 4 . but its spoiled because of Scratches in the Disc . Can someone send me a Datacab . disc 2 content. When i Install GTA 4 . when its prompt for disc 2 . and i insert in the disc tray . and the Disc cannot be Read . its Corrupt or damaged . can Someone here Post a disc 2 datacab3 files here please . Because of this , I bought EFLC PC game . Right now i got GTA 4 and EFLC . But the Disc 1 GTA 4 is working perfectly , but the content in Disc 2 is corrupted . Can some kind soul realeased them here . please . If you dont mind can PM or MSN me . thanks you . I believe i do not Commited any copyright acts . because i have the Original copy from rockstar

Why is it so , In GTA 4 , The ELS work perfectly fine . but in EFLC , the ELS light seem dull and colourless

Hi Everyone there , I need some Help on The ELS Settings , The police light in My EFLC look white in colour . Its look dull and colourless , i have change the Visual Settings to # Other emissive lights car.defaultlight.emissive.on 220.50 But is still the Same , nothing have change even at Night . for more info on what i means you can look at the gallery i uploaded a few min ago http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=-0hpqeN_uOM and My previous GTA 4 videos And In the Last video below , When i enter the Lcpdfr mod , And when i go take the police car , the light is in solid mod . i means like seem below.

Hi Guys , is there any faster way to Upload to Youtube . i have made a small video about 1min 48 sec. and its take about 1485 min to be uploaded to a Youtube . is there any software that i can convert it and update it to youtube faster .

But i think I will try using 3DS Max first , But just to check with you . can 3DS Max program , the car that i make in 3dsmax . how to make it to the game . do i need to import it to the zmodeler2 after i have finish making the car from 3ds max . because of the gta iv Filter that the Zmodeler2 have . and how do i make it to the wtd or wtf file .
