GTA4 wont load

i download LCPDFR with a legit copy of gta4 it says this

Installation component 'LCPDFRModels' error'd!

i have removed downloaded it with xliveless then removed again and redownloaded regularly when i load game it says gta4 stopped working dsound.dll error can someone help

1. ensure your GTA directories are not readonly, especially the commondata folder.
   
2. run the installer as a administrator.

Run the game as administrator, Also, Please don't double post, Instead of creating a new post, edit your previous one, I'll merge your two posts for you now.

Friend , i also have the same problem with you before , just delete any lcpdfr files that you see in your gta 4 directory and reinstall lcpdfr again .

As you can see above by his error, The game does not have admin rights to read/write protected memory (which is how essentially scripting works in GTA IV) So without running the game as admin, The game/Script cannot run correctly, deleting files and re installing would do nothing for his issue, But I thank you for at least attempting to help him out.
