I have record a police siren sound from youtube . But it is in AMR format. after that i install sound file converter . and i convert the file from AMR format to WAV files . And i also install IVaud 1.15. and that i open the IVaud 1.15 editor . and i go to resident . rpf and Horns Ivaud . i open the SIREN_1 file and i right click / select replace selected . and when i am importing the sound that i wanted into the ivaud editor . there a error that say C:/User .................. is not a valid PCM audio files. how do i solve this

Hi modders , i got some question that i need to ask you all . how to make a new material or car interior for zmodeler2 . currently i am the middle of Completing my car . is it by using adobe photoshop , paint.net or gimp . as gta 4 is not install on this computer , i cant use the vehshare and all the material from Gta 4 . so i have to make a new material or texture

HI everyone here , i have just receive my EFLC PC disc . I would like to check with you , where do i need to put my Mods such as Car mods , indicator scripts , Siren mods and other mods Files at . sorry this is my first using EFLC . Because In GTA 4 , there is a folder call scripts where you put all the mods inside . but for EFLC . i do not know . and can some one send me a copy of LCPDFR 0.95 RC2 . i cant download it . Hi everyone , i need some help on downloading ZModeler2 . i Need help on Zmodeler2 I have download the Zmodeler2 on my computer , but whenever i open the zmodeler2 exe . the Error will come out . Please See below for more info The application has failed to start because the side by side configuration is incorrect please see the application event log or use the command line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail I have download all the programme or apps that is suggested in the website . but still cant to solve the error . In my country ( singapore ) we the citizen there dont have the right to refuse . if they want to check our ID , we need to Show them our id . is according to the Laws in singapore . So strict in singapore . I hate this . but many singaporean think its a good ideas . because by doing spot check or so called ID check will Uncover Person who are wanted or deter any criminal . As you may not know . i am a police national service Full time . or other word is call conscript . When we were screening or doing A ID screening/check. we will use our walkie talkie Mic to read out the person identify number to the Dispatcher or DOR . and they will radio us back to tell us they are clean or wanted . and btw When we ID check a person . the Following will be saved . is for investigation purpose . its for our investigation officer or so called detective . Such as when / what time or where the location that the person is Check by us . example example below let say Alfred and His friend peter , were walking in the time square new york City at 7.50pm 2/march 2012. and they were check by Us . So the detail will be send to our investigation officer . AS shown below alfred and peter both 19 of age , were check by sergeant ahling023 and sergeant john , at time square new york city at time - 7.50pm .2/march 2012 . So if got any crime that happen at time square new york nearby at that time slot , we will call alfred and his peter for an investigation

HI everyone there , i would like to check with you about police stop or traffic stop . I was wondering that does the Police In UK , US or other europe country conduct a police spot check . Such as conducting ID check . they will stop any suspicious character or people hanging out in group . They will read the person ID no and radio back to their DOR or COR (despatcher) using their walkie talkie mic . ( despatcher ) to check whether are they are wanted or trace history for crime that they have . and for trafficvehicle stop . is the same thing . they will radio the vehicle no ( number ) to the DOR , COR or dispatcher . and they ( dispatcher ) will then radio back to the officer and tell them whether is a a clean or stolen car For US , i can see that when they ( the police ) are conducting traffic stop , they will take the ID of the person and check their particulars using the computer on their police computer . Those who have been to Singapore or HK will know its pretty common sight for police checking ID

Hi Everyone here , I am ahling As above title stated , I think it would be great if someone or any modder there can make a tutorial or make a video tutorial on how to Make a Police car , lightbar , Police message board and etc . because i think it will help people there who are trying hard to Make / mod a car from scratch . as not everyone there is experience in modding . it will have lesser the request /suggestion section there . as many will have have some knowledge on how to mod a vehicle . I Hope Someone can make a Tutorial there . although there is many tutorial in youtube videos or many other site . Please think about it . Sharing is better than knowing it alone . it will make you and every one there happy . How do you think of this suggestion . if anyone is not happy with it . PM me and i will close this threads .
