hi everyone , i am looking for police car with those lightbar . does anyone know what is this lightbar . is it a whelen edge ??? it look so similar. ok i reupload again .

What i mean is how to install and make the enb works in EFLC or regular GTA 4 Is it by copy all the ENB file such enbstar , enb.ini . enb light and etc in the main directory . Currently i am using Neolux enb 4 beta . i copy all the ENB files to the main directory . and for time cycle i am using realistic time cycle . but i am using the Neolux enb 4 visual setting . but when i start the game . it load to the main menu and flash . it never come out anything . such as error running . its just dissapear and it come to desktop screen , i hope you can understand my english. sry , if possible can you share how u use it . such as which enb , visual setting and time cycle you using

I think you have misunderstand me . ASUNA i am saying delete all the previous lcpdfr 0.91 folder in the main directory . and install the latest 0.95 rc2 version .

it should be the same methods . first you open up the lcpdfr 0.95 or 0.91 application and right click and press the run as adminstration . and when the application prompt where you going to install the problem . click on C program files x86 and click on Rockstar gta 4 . you should delete theLCPDFR folder in EFLC first. if anything still cant work . let me know . i will try to fix to it .

there is some alternative as well . You open the SNT ini and find the keybindingsdisable=0 to 1 I nv try out the method you guys said here . maybe i will try it one day :biggrin:

bro , have you install and play lcpdfr before . if you have install it before . and you are now trying to reinstall . you should delete all the lcpdfr files and reinstall again . you should run the application as adminstrator . if not i think it might also be microsoft network problem , maybe you should reinstall the microsoft net framework

i agreed with St.kizza , I used to play gta 4 , i love it , But when i have EFLC ( tgobt) and TLAD) i really love it . it more fun and have more vehicle to choose . and it have only few misson

@willis1995, cant be wrong with that. Do you place the two files in the correct. You shoukd paste it in the scripts folder of the main directory. To use it, use the left and right arrow. Maybe you should check the ini files and edit it. If still cant. I am alway willing to help. You have post it at the wrong section

I would like to see if we could have Provide High security level for international event such as IGA , APEC or etc or those international events , where we can provide high security guard at the scene .

as above stated , do you think its realistic and good to implement it . i mean i saw in youtube video , in ppm there is a flickering headlight and taillight for the PPM . SO do you like or Dont like to implement in the future lcpdfr. btw what is the illumination mods . how does it work ???

If pretty easy. You look for the texture call emerg emiss or emergen light. and edit it.by changing the colour that you want /like.and the the two things i mention is find on the vehicle wtd. Oh shit cp702 is faster than me.
