Ya it would be great if we could put the suspect in lockup cell . And we can open and close the cell door . And order the suspect to get in . And they would be release if their family ,friends or etc to bail him/her

maybe developer can considered elimated the red marker when you bring the suspect to the police station . and make it to where you need to bring the suspect in and put him in the lock up cell

Option 1 - Normal uniform police - where we do normal patrolling , Conduct traffic stop , ID checks on driver , passenger and pedestrian . or citation option 2- SWAT - - - We need to do hostage rescue , high risk escort , prisoner escort and so on . Option 3 - Investigation officer or detective - plan clothes officer that we need to investigate cases

What version are you using , Bought , Steam or torrent ??? 2. have you install window live , and upgrade your microsoft framework or etc . 3. have you upgrade to 1.070 For GTA 4 ??? and "" (IF )" you are using EFLC , you should Upgrade to 1.120 patch . 4. try running it as adminstrator latest edit there is 2 upgrade exe in the patches One is call setup exe. and another is call title update . try both and whether one of these work

Ya what slimory say is right . Most modders lock their models to prevent car thievery . But what you need to learn is how to map els and making car model . Which you can find lot of tutorial in youtube or in zmodeler website itself . As ross305 Say . It cant be learn overnight . You will need lot of pratice and patience
