I do not know how to solve els v6 from crashing. As some people have say els v6 is not cery stable. So i recommend you to use els v5. i think it is more stable. I hope it can help u. If still not working, let me know

this is what i wanted to see in LCPDFR 0.95 final version or further version . this is my collated that i think it will be great if implemented 1 . More Call outs , Such as Fighting , Rioting , suicide call out prisoner and VIP escort .Bank robbery 2. Work more closely with the fire department and Ambulance , such as Following the Ambulance and Fire truck to the incident area and cordon the places. 3. More realistic arrest -- Bringing them to the car back .Such as Opening the car Backdoor and have few option such as - - - - - Order the Suspect to Seat - - - - - Frisk the Suspect Before seating them in car back - - - - - Let the suspect off with a sterm warning 4. Be on the Lookout call 5.more communication between AI cops 6. Conduct ID check on pedestrian - - - 7. have the option to Check the passenger identify during Traffic stop . because now we can only check the driver identify . 8. More Detail on police Database . for example if the Suspect / perp you stopped during pull over ( traffic stop ) is Wanted . it would be more realistic if the database actually what offence are they wanted for . 9. Conduct Anti Drugs Operation / raids with many AI cops . 10 . PERP / suspect will try to bribe you when you arrested them for Mugging or Drug deals . it would be best if we got this . example ------ Press Y to Accept Bribe ------ press N to Reject Bribe Not sure whether possible or not

You can download the airhorn mods here by scyattica17 . and edit the Dual siren to = False . and you can turn on airhorn without turning on siren . There is a readme included in the airhorn mod .

OK basically what i wanted is to change my default *( original ) police.wft skin to what we seen in the pic above . So do i just need to map a template of the Police.wft ??? so after maping the template , how can i add the police_sign_1 to the wtd files

Well its alright then Nvm For those who have view my video before . you know i got a lightbar that is made by corleone . but the lightbar is made to the police.wft car . how can i solve this . i am trying to edit the original police.wft to the pic below . because that my Local police department , btw if i download the car that you all recommend . how to edit the lightbar to the new car please view this video [media=]

Hi everyone , just wondering what are the few things that the 0.95 final candidate will have . I ask these question because the Mods and adminstration have said , The RC3 will focusing mainly on bugs fixings and only a little concept will be add it . So my main question , Is the 0.95 final release also focus on bugs fixing . will they add more features to the games ??? how do you think.

Usually , you should backup the thing , you going to skin modding , For example if you going to replace the Police or other car wft , wtd / you should export it to a another folder . And for audio , you are going to replace the audio .ivaud you going to replacee . but for me basically i just backup all the gta 4 folder , EFLC folder. to be safe , Usually some readme will have some information on what files to backup

Do you know any ENB that look good with ELS , Can you recommend some . i would like the ENB that have the reflection or so call bloom. you should know what i mean

HI pierluc , you can get new car by google , try searching it . btw you need to replace the wft.wtd and ivaud files in order for your mods to work. and you need to download sparkiv or openiv . either one will do

you need to have openiv or sparkiv as well . its important to have this . there is many mods out there for gta 4 or EFLC . you can go to the website to look for mods you wanted . you can also install ENB which will made its graphic better . there is many website for it http://www.gta4-mods.com/
