Well I've went through all the help and the first time I installed it it went in perfectly to my EFLC folder, now any time I try to install I get this error.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

bro , have you install and play lcpdfr before . if you have install it before . and you are now trying to reinstall . you should delete all the lcpdfr files and reinstall again . you should run the application as adminstrator .

if not i think it might also be microsoft network problem , maybe you should reinstall the microsoft net framework

I have it installed on EFLC not GTA IV. I'm trying to install it to regular GTA IV now and I have tried re-installing the framework.

it should be the same methods .

first you open up the lcpdfr 0.95 or 0.91 application and right click and press the run as adminstration . and when the application prompt where you going to install the problem . click on C program files x86 and click on Rockstar gta 4 .

you should delete theLCPDFR folder in EFLC first. if anything still cant work . let me know . i will try to fix to it .

Don't listen to Ahling, Deleting LCPDFR in your gtaiv/eflc folders WILL NOT correct this, What version of .net framework do you have in your computer? Did you install the 64 bit or the 32 bit (x86) version? Also..have you tried the 0.95 version? I'm gonna bet that the .net is the wrong type or that 0.91 no longer supports crime stats

Yes, due to a change in the way the crime stats are uploaded, 0.91 no longer supports crime stats, either upgrade to 0.95, or don't enter your login details when asked and continue the installation.

Ok your problem is simple LCPDFR.com was down now try reinstalling

And you misunderstood me AHLING023, you do not have to delete anything. I installed 095rc2 just fine over my 090 with out deleting anything, as well as all the previous versions. If you install a newer version it will ask you "Do you want to over write the version I am detecting? Yes no cancel" Also if you just delete the LCPDFR folder, the main script will still be there. Do you even have any concept of where things are? Where scripts that mods need are? How to troubleshoot? I have watched you give poor information since my return to LCPDFR.com
