At least to US officers, the drug cartels ALWAYS have "hit days" on Law Enforcement in NA. It's sad and angering. If you've seen the last half of End of Watch, that's almost exactly what's happening. Except ANY member of a gang is supposed to kill ANY officer they come in contact with. "Silver over lead" or "Take our bribes or die". You'd be surprised how brazed and far reaching the cartels hand is.

Don't buy a pc to run a specific game. Worst idea to ever have. Gather a budget, look at benchmarks, read *reputable* product reviews of individual parts and either build it yourself (cheaper), or buy it prebuilt. As an example on gfx cards, DO NOT DO THE FOLLOWING: "Woah! the GTX [insert model number] gets [insert FPS value] FPS on [insert AAA game title]. I'm gonna buy it!". Games are optimized differently therefore will run differently on different cards and models and manufacturers. As somebody who did the exact same thing above before I smartened up, you will end up locking yourself into a pc that cant be modded or upgraded much more, or you will spend an exuberant amount of money on something that you won't even use the full potential of. IF you are a droolie and must absolutely be running Battlefield 4 on three monitors at 4k res with no less than 75 FPS, with full AA, with a CPU temp of a max of 45c while running quietly, then by all means spend the money.

Definitely go with a at minimum, i5. Plus I wouldn't recommend a mATX, like others have said. At least give him something he can build into. When I first built mine, I was one a tight budget. One thing I regret, is a case. There's a lot of things that a small case will not let you do (also will an r7 fit in there?) You'll get bad air flow, overheating problems, no fans, no room for bigger gfx cards, etc. I spent less than $100 on a Corsair 500r mid tower (although seems like a full tower), and I have A TON of expansion, LOTS of vents for air flow, 4 fans preinstalled, and a vented side for cable management. Side note, on my old case, when I was playing watch dogs, I could never play for more than 25 min, without my temps pushing 70C. Since I migrated to this new case, with just the fans on low, I'm sub-40C.

That "new website feature" thingy has been there I think since right after GTAV came out. First let R* confirm it for PC.

Yeah, I'm getting buttery smooth FPS on mine. Ubisoft actually undershot their own Optimization. I'm playing on an i5 2320 at 3ghz, with 6GB ram, and an r9 280x 3gb vram, and I'm playing on Ultra with FPS around 50-65. Actually genuinely disappointed it doesn't look better than it does. They totally killed off like all particle effects compared to what they showed at E3.

They don't look at all that bad. Except the one's in the first pic, those look out of place. But the ones built on top of the lightbar actually looks like a cool design to me.

No need to be the negative downer, Ineseri... I'm actually inclined to agree. With the supposed leak and review of the game on the XBone, it looks to be a letdown; at least on consoles. I'd be weary about preordering it on consoles. Because of that, I've been forced to prematurely upgrade my PC. Gone are the days of thinking a quad-core 3.2ghz cpu is "more than enough". It's forced me to at least upgrade my graphics card. However I've preordered it on steam. The game, at it's core, looks interesting no matter how royally Ubi can F*ck it up. Bad ass protagonist, hacking a city, open world, good graphics.... It'll be hard for Ubi to screw the pooch on this one. However, I'm not putting it past them.

Depends on the reason for hating cops, if we're talking about America. You have those so called "Badasses" who think cops are scum of the earth and don't deserve to live. It must be hard to code/script properly. As all the scripts I've tried recently, and the one that is included in LCPDFR are buggy as hell.

They're guaranteed the right to protest and assemble. They're doing it peacefully, and not disturbing anyone. Is it wrong as hell, and do I wish to see them "disappear" from arm of God? Yes.... If I'm correct, They went to a federal court to guarantee the right to protest, and the court denied them that right. Then they appealed and went to an appellate court, and they upheld the first courts decision. However, they also appealed to the US Supreme court which overturned the first two courts decision. Can't go any higher than that, and this case set the precedent for any other cultist groups to do the same exact thing. Long story short, the Constitution works both ways. We can't turn a blind eye and manipulate that document for the good of "society". ~Opinion of pessimist and cynic.

Uhhh.. it depends on what you want to do............ if you just want to do the whole go out on dates, hold hands, quick kisses, ect. then there's nothing illegal about it. Now sex is an entirely different thing. In most states the AoC is 16. But the law gets convoluted and hazy and the lines are blurred. Technically you can still be arrested for Statutory Rape, but if she consented and is okay with it, then she'd choose not to give testimony in which the case would be thrown out. However she could be pressured into testifying by parents, friends, ect. if you guys break up or fight or whatever. The best answer is DON'T DO ANYTHING SEXUAL WITH HER! Just wait 2 more years if you care about her (I'm assuming you're a male at 18 and she'll be the female at 16). The last thing you want is to be proven wrong or lose a case, and be a convicted sex offender for the rest of your life, and have your future completely wiped out.

To go into the SEALS yourself, you're going to have to be in the Navy and do your time. Anywhere else, and the SEALS will COME TO YOU. If you prove yourself, they'll come to you. As far as proving yourself, you'll have to have combat experience. I'm talking like a few years combat experience. Recruiters are lying sacks of shit. They get almost like a "commission" when you enlist through them. So they'll lie to you and tell you you're the next Captain America, and before you know it, you'll be a lowly squid serving slop on an aircraft carrier (That's meant to be sarcasm, but you get the point). We don't mean to sound like we're crapping on your dream, but it's fucking hard as hell to even get selected. This is the premier league of SPECOPS forces in the world. As for being a non US citizen, if by chance you're selected it's going to be one of those, "Don't call us, We'll call you" type of recruitment. Best of luck to you, man. You'll have to put in your time in the US Navy; don't just go straight into the SEALS. And a lot of it is mental, not physical. Just be prepared. Good luck to you.

Those are ALL biased in favor of legalizing weed. If you quote sources, use reputable ones. Now, I'm all for legalizing marijuana. Yes, the gov't would make bank just on taxing the magic dragon. Not to mention crime would go down, since it would become a more civil process of buying and obtaining kush. The jobs that would be created would certainly help out the economy, not to mention people who smoke cigs AND MJ, actually prefer to smoke pot. So right there cigarette related illness and deaths would go down (Although Cig companies would fight the shit of the marijuana industry). That's not even including the health benefits you could achieve by lighting up. Correct me if I'm wrong, but Colorado brought in about an extra 2 million dollars in revenue just in the last part 2013. Alcohol kills more people than MJ has, and it's legal. Will people abuse it? Hell yes. Will some people die from it? Hell yes. But all in all Cigs and Booze kill and harm more people than Marijuana ever has.

More than likely the plane went down in the ocean after have their computer systems/navigation malfunction which would account for reports of them turning around. Most likely not a terror threat since there would be no significant gain. The plane is down, since radar still picks up the plane whether or not the plane's system is working correctly. But I agree with Darkangel.........
