Change the handling vehicle from fbi and police3 to dominator Then go to flags and make sure it has FLAG_HAS_EXTRA and FLAG_HAS_LIVERY for both FBI and police3. The model supports multiple liveries. I made the SAHP livery quickly so it is far from perfect plus I am not much of the typical SAHP style liveries. Updates will come with more extras. Has working spot light.
