K so what it looks like is your ENV lighting need to be set, find your ELS.ini in your main gta and change these settings [ ENV LIGHTING ] Range_PRML = 65 Inten_PRML = 50 Range_SECL = 15 Inten_SECL =25 Range_WRNL =20 Inten_WRNL =2 EnvMult_Morning = 0.4 EnvMult_Evening = 0.6 EnvMult_Night = 0.6 and for the red ,blue ,and amber lights on the ground you go to the els manila folder, default_config [ ENV_LIGHT_COLORS ] Extra_1 = red Extra_2 = red Extra_3 = blue Extra_4 = blue Extra_5 = white Extra_6 = white Extra_7 = amber Extra_8 = red Extra_9 = amber
  6. Yes this does help but he obviously has some bad settings bc, the street lights shouldn't overwhelm his lightbar!
  7. Oh so its not the actual lights on the lightbar, but the lights that shine on the ground and buildings from the light bar?
