    Are you trying to replace it into a different slot? If so, you need to open the carvariations.meta and change the model name from "sheriff" to whichever one you're replacing. You also could be forgetting to install the carvariations in general.

    Which one are you talking about? The multiplayer mod, or GTA Online? If it's GTA Online, don't join with it in your directory. If it's the multiplayer mod, just go in-game and type this in the RAGE console: UnloadPlugin "LSPD First Response.dll"

    I'm trying to put this vehicle into the "police" slot, because I want to put an LAPD skin on it. I installed the model correctly, and I changed the carvariations from "sheriff" to "police", but it isn't working. The lighting is still messed up. Any suggestions?

    Going from 20-25 frames per second on lowest settings with shadows completely disabled to 55-60 frames per second on high settings is absolutely amazing. ;)
