ABOUT:
This is an unmarked/semi-marked Holden VE SS used by Victoria Police, Australia.
It uses lighting equiptment produced by Hazard Systems.

TERMS OF USE:
The user of this vehicle has permission to edit the liveries on this vehicle or create their own with the provided template.
IF the user modifies my liveries, they do not have permission to re-upload it to any website, if they make their own they have permission to, although they cannot upload the vehicle with it.
The user has permission to use this vehicle for a clan, provided the clan pack is not uploaded to the public.
If any user wishes to create a public vehicle pack with this vehicle, they must ask permission from me, Macgregor, prior to using it.
NOBODY has permission to use unlocking or ripping software to gain access to the model for dev use. If you wish to use anything seen in this model you must contact me.

GTA V doesn't have ELS yet, as far as I'm aware. I wrote non-els there for when an els does come out and I re-do these models

OMG Yes. The first Holden Commodore in GTA V. I'll be making Queensland Police textures for this right away. Its a shame it doesn't have an mx7000 lightbar on it, but amazing work mate.

Great! any chance of putting a lightbar on top for a marked version?

Just go into .rtd file and delete the liveries to get rid of liveries

The police4 files youll need to replace you can find at

x64e.rpf -> Levels -> gta5 -> vehicles.rpf

After replacing them you'll need to change the handling.meta and vehicle.meta which is explained in the notepad.

Thanks for that, seems to be working, except one thing, im able to load the semi-marked one which functions normally however i'm unable to load or find the fully unmarked one, any suggestions. cheers

If your using the trainer go to paint menu or whatever its called and down near the bottom should be an option called liveries, there should be 8 or so, ever second one should be the unmarked version. However like you I found I had that problem even when trying that. If that doesnt work try downloading it in Patchday3ng too

update -> x64 -> dlcpacks -> patchday3ng -> dlc.rpf -> x64 -> levels -> gta5 -> vehicles.rpf

For future for you downloading cars, that should be the directory to all vehicle.rpfs in the dlc packs

sorry to be a pest but still cant figure it out, tried using the livery menu from trainer but nothing was happening?
