Updating GTA V
I've currently put my old GTA V Directory backup into my Steam folder so that I could play all of my mods in a previous version of GTA V. With LSPDFR 0.2 about to come out, and RageHook being updated, I need to update my game. The problem is that I don't know how to update my game. Is there any manual way to update to the latest version so I can install the new RageHook? Thanks for the support.

North Yankton Police Vehicle Suggestion! [PLEASE READ]
You could still patrol with snow if you keep a backup. It would be cool to use them in Los Santos, too instead of being restricted to just North Yankton. (Realism-wise)

North Yankton Police Vehicle Suggestion! [PLEASE READ]
Hello Community Members! I personally think this is a great idea, but will keep it short and sweet. I don't know how to re-texture any vehicles, but I do have many suggestions on the table for re-texturing. One of my ideas that stand out the most is the North Yankton Vehicle idea. Instead of the vehicle having snow all over, the snow could be removed so we could drive it around in Los Santos. It could also be re-textured so it doesn't have the North Yankton logo, and instead the Los Santos logo. We can spawn in the vehicle now and still drive it around Los Santos like a normal cruiser, but it looks silly with the snow and North Yankton vehicle. Some people will ask "What if we want to patrol North Yankton?" I want to go right ahead and mention that there isn't much to patrol in North Yankton. It is primarily 1 major road and a couple of side-roads which you can drive on. Not to mention the low-quality buildings once you're in an area you're not supposed to be in, the parts of the map you can fall through, and the invisible walls around the map. If you wanted to patrol North Yankton, you could also simply have a backup file with the North Yankton Cruisers. In conclusion, I think this would be a great idea because we could drive those amazing-looking cruisers around Los Santos. The reason I thought of this is because of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas with their police cruisers. These 2 cruisers made me think about this, and how they are similar: This GTA V vehicle... reminded me of this GTA SA vehicle... And this GTA V vehicle... reminded me of this GTA SA vehicle... Hope for positive feedback, and possibly someone does this! If you're reading this, I would really appreciate it if you could spread this around. Thank you very much. - Officer Square

What do you need to download LCPDFR 1.1?
I think you need Microsoft C++, DirectX, and a couple other things. Sam also made a forum of all the links you need to download for it to work. Does anyone know where the forum is, or everything you need? I would appreciate it if you could tell me. - Moldy

Does anyone have this?
Hey everyone! I've seen many videos with the Spotlight / Flashlight mod, but the link has been taken down by LCPDFR. I can't seem to find it anywhere, and other alternatives aren't as good. Does anyone have a copy of the mod to send to me? I'd appreciate it. This is an example of what the mod is.

Question
Is there any type of modification or script that shows a GUI list full of online players, and if you click one of the player's names it puts a waypoint on them? It would be helpful for online people requesting assistance, and having a fast way to get to them.

LCPD:FR Prison
Introduction Hey active developers & coders! We all know about the prison in Grand Theft Auto IV. The sad thing is, it doesn't get used for anything. Wouldn't it be cool if you could go on patrol as an officer, and accept call-outs to escort a criminal to prison? Main Concept - Escorting criminals from a Police Station to Prison. - Having duty inside Prison. - Call-outs of escaped Prisoners. - Call-outs of overtaken bus. (Possible Chase)
