That cannot be true. Just look at the building across the street. The reflections and sky color is not like that in stock IV. I'm pretty sure you downloaded one of those mods a long time ago and perhaps forgot that you ever installed it? I know it may sound weird but I can recognize visual mods anywhere. Also, if your lappy is weak, that may well be a reason why you would be using that mod. Visual and Reality IV were originally meant for weak rigs, modifying stock game files to make IV look better without compromising FPS.

That you're using Reality IV v1.62? Or Visual IV v1.4, which one was it?

Kanyo, could we have a more "drivable" handling for Kevin's Caprice? I just chose it as my vehicle in the last play session and the damn thing was all-over the place. But all hell breaks loose in pursuits. The street racers I was pursuing were driving safe like pro cops while my Caprice behaved like it was being driven by an amateur drifter. Seriously, while at slightly higher speeds than normal, its like 90% drift and 10% driving. UPDATE: Alright, now this is just ridiculous. I did a test run at Montauk Ave, Outlook (BKR) roundabout and the car did two perfect donuts around that memorial. Revving the engine from stationary results in burnouts. Seriously, I should've checked while approving the Caprice batch for service in my department. Its fit for illegal street races but I can't say the same for enforcing the law or catching criminals.

My neighborhood is the pretty damn safe. Can't say the same for the world outside our community gate. There have been murders and stalkings adjacent to my hood, but nothing never happened on this side. Oh, and I can't sleep at night very well due to the illegal races going on just outside the neighborhood at night. The rich brats organize them on an everyday basis here.

If the world were anything like NFS Hot Pursuit '10, then its gotta be Highway Patrol.

Thats quite surprising actually. Because EFLC was released after GTA 4, generally it is considered more stable than GTA4 . And from personal experience, it is. Its just that you've either installed a mod wrong, or a botched mod in your EFLC. To answer your original question, yes it is possible. I personally use this mod for vehicles. Its fairly easy to add a custom weapons.img and use it in-game but I'm feeling too lazy to write down a guide for that. So sorry about that.

How about the pushbar? Oh and center windshield module isn't helping either. Talking about giveaways, it actually kinda beats the spotlight on that one.

I'm sorry for not being able to mention any specifics since its been centuries since I last touched ZMod. I never quite understood what caused this and it happened alot when I was learning conversions. In my case, though, it used to happen after I restarted ZM. For instance, I map everything, go to sleep, turn the PC on next day and this problem would pop out of the blue even though everything was fine the night before. Does it happen to you all the time? Because I just used to remap and it usually went away after that. EDIT: Sorry I can't watch the video you uploaded atm. Halfway through the video, it started lagging. Connection problems.

In all seriousness, why does there have to be a meaning? Is it mandatory? No. I mean we could just live and die like that. Who knows whats on the other side, so enjoy what you have. But come to think of it, and you may imagine a plethora of insane theories. Our address is- Planet earth > Solar System > Milky Way Galaxy > Local Group > Virgo Supercluster > The observable universe. Then there may actually be multi-verses, and then a single super-verse and then there are multiple-super-verses floating in a test tube and some giant, reeeally giant scientists watching over it, chatting about how they need new microscopes to observe the species of ants on planet earth.
