2/5 for the stuff he siad. He is just trying to give you some constructive criticism, and next time if you aren't going to do it accurately and base it off a real life department. Then just make it a fictional LCPD skin and that way you can just make it up.

Should I get more RAM or get a new processor? My budge for processor is $150 and under, although I wouldn't like to spend $150 preferably lower than that. Also i'm just a casual gamer and I won't usual record.I hope someone makes this, as I have always wanted this.
