Did you try and delete it and then re-install GFWL? EDIT: Also once you try to install it again then install in Windows 7 compatibility.

Can you be more specific as to what your problem actually is? Does it give you any errors or does it just not start and then not give any errors or what?

Where I live, police usually always come along with fire department/EMS to assist. They come to sometimes either take a report, or to assist if a patient becomes combative or something like that, just as a precaution. Also they might come to assist before fire/EMS gets there because they are trained to are trained in Emergency Medical situations and are certified in first aid.

I use the polygonal lasso tool to make skins and it works great. You could also try the pen tool but that would probably get you messed up lines. What is the problem when you try to use the polygonal lasso tool?

Looking forward to you releasing this, looks good! I think the more modelers that upload unlocked models and parts, then the more mixture of models with different parts and not same parts/models always being uploaded that can be released from beginners or modders who don't know how to be model. As people are always complaining over how many CVPI's are being released on the site. Then hopefully people will eventually learn to scratch model and further their skills. +1! -
My town has bought a few ford interceptors and some ford interceptor utility's and also some undercover ford interceptors, but they still have crown vic's also.
