download this file https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-5-gameconfig-300-cars then open that .rar file then select Gta Config v35 for Money Fronts-select For more or for less mods then choose stock traffic (means gta base) or 0.1x traffic and more. put the gameconfig.xml into mods-update-update.rpf-common-data. Important!!!: Read the Read Me.txt and Download and install these must!.txt to let gameconfg work, you should download heap adjuster -> https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/heapadjuster and Packfile limit adjuster ->https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/packfile-limit-adjuster

1. Try reinstall RPH. 2. Try launching gta5 story mode without Rage Plugin Hook. 3. Install latest custom gameconfig. 4. Try rename mods folder(if you have) to _mods or move the mods folder to desktop not delete it. 5. If you use DLC/Add-on Cars install latest custom gameconfig and heap adjuster and packfile limit adjuster. don't know if it work,because can't understand the things in the ragepluginhook.log

any suggestion or packs/vehicles for each California or Los Angeles agency a car to replace like police, police2,3,4 replace to lapd cvpi,charger,fpiu,detective cvpi and sheriff,sheriff2 to lasd tahoe and charger, and for pranger CHP car or Los Angeles Park Ranger?
