So it appears that MCCallouts and tacsims casual callouts are outdated. But it could also be the sheer number of mods you have. Make sure everything is up-to-date, and that non of those mods are deprecated,discontinued, or abandoned. Mods like that can cause instability due to lack of support for the mods. Other than that I can't really see what else is causing crashes on my end. But hopefully this brings more stability

how consistent was the crash beforehand? also side not i apologize if i stop responding, prob means i fell asleep (it's late)

yeah try renaming it, I suspect it's something in the mods folder for this case, but just to confirm, rename it too _mods, and see if the game will run fine like that. if it does, then this confirms that it's something either in or related to that folder in some way

do you have gameconfig, heap adjuster, resource adjuster, and packfile limit adjuster? (Just confirming) if you have these, it's most liking a combo of needed to adjuster heap adjuster and resource adjuster appropriately, but could also mean that the gameconfig needs messed with, depending on the gameconfig you have installed.

So it looks like the error in the log mentions "cannot load an invalid weapon asset". have you installed any mods related to weapons at all? If no, try renaming mods to _mods and we'll see what that does. If what i mentioned above is a thing, I might have an idea of what the issue is

Hey there! Assuming that you have SHV (ScriptHookV) installed, check to see if you have a file in your main game directory named args.txt or args. This is a text file that is included in the SHV download, which most people usually installed with the other files in that bin folder without issues in the past. However, with the recent update, the rockstar games launcher for some reason blocks this file. See if you have it in your game directory, remove it, and try again. The game should begin to run as normal

From what I can tell, your log is showing an system access violation of some sort, but i can't tell what's causing it. Try renaming mods to _mods and see if it runs. If it works, than this issue is somewhere in the mods folder I will say however, this might not necessarily be the mods folder, it could be these instead: - You are using an outdated SHV, SHVDN, or both - Your HeapAdjuster, PackfileLimitAdjuster, and/or Resource Adjuster are set too high or too low - You don't have one of the required files for adding certain mods: Heap Adjuster, Packfile Limit Adjuster, Resource Adjuster, and/or Gameconfig.xml

there is a detective in the parking lot of the building complex. took me a while to find them too. run over to them, press y a bunch of times (once per dialog), then find the evidence, then talk again, then go talk to the coroner dude at the other end of the complex, then talk some more, then talk to detective again, yada yada boom dispatch gives to the magical adress

So i can't find out exactly what siren this is, but I know its some form of a Q2B siren. I have found some sirens on here that are similar after doing a bit of research for you tho, and hopefully this puts you in the right direction. - New York Style Siren's With Q2B - Federal Signal PA70 (Note there's a lot of these; and they are all somewhat different) - Federal Signal Unitrol Omega 90 - Federal Signal Touch Master Delta (Quite a few variants of these as well)

Also, for future reference, the log you have posted is not the correct log. the log needed for people to help you out is NOT located in the logs folder. It IS located in your main-game directory where RagePluginHook.exe is located. It will be a text file named either "RagePluginHook" or "RagePluginHook.txt"

- Make sure your Plugin Timeout Threshold is set to 60000 - Instead of launching the game through RPH, launch it through the Rockstar Games Launcher, wait for the game window to appear, and then launch RPH. Also: - Make sure your Game folder is listed as an exception to your antivirus; or - You can temporarily disable you anti-virus to get the game running if you are still having issues. (This method is not recommended for obvious reasons, but does typically work. Should you attempt this method, be aware that you are doing so at your own risk.)

probably an install issue or your game/pc can't handle quantv, I don't know anything about quantv tho I would make sure that ALL of your mods, asi loaders and other stabilty mods are up to date

are you getting the normal ragepluginhook crash, or is it giving you any specific error. while you may have the same issue they are having, crashing in startup can happen in many different ways for many different reasons, making it a unique circumstance for each person usually

make sure you have heapadjuster, packfile limit adjuster, and resource adjuster. Set them to what your PC can handle. setting too high can result in the saem error, however, setting too low if you have mods or vehicles that require more graphical resources can result in this error as well
