One more question: in the backup xml, when a unit has <LongGuns /> or <Handguns />, does this imply it uses the default listed above for the local patrol units or does this unit not have any of these items?

Hey is it possible to set Code 2 backup to respond without sirens (for ELS)? Also I saw that Highway Callouts is incompatible. Does it crash or is there another issue?

Ultimate Backup ambulance backup not using lights or sirens (ELS)
Did you add the ELS xml to the ELS folder? Also one thing you can look at is see if the vehicle.meta for the vehicles have the emergency flag (not sure if this makes a difference or not).

Probably my favorite callout pack of all time. Not because it adds something crazy, but adds realism and the mundane type of calls and officer responds to on a daily basis. Top quality 10/10.

ultimate backup eup issue
For starters, ambient units will spawn using LSPDFR's default backup, so if you want those changed, you'll need to edit them as well using its own format. It is 0 based however, unlike UB, so if a shirt is 191 in UB, then it would be 190 in the default LSPDFR ini. So you would open agency in lspdfr/data and in there you would change the departments. I have provided an example below of what my sheriff unit uses. <Ped inventory="patrol" comp_uppr="11" comp_lowr="86" comp_tex_lowr="6" comp_feet="51" comp_accs="37" comp_task="53" comp_teef="8" comp_jbib="190" comp_tex_jbib="2">MP_M_FREEMODE_01</Ped>comp_uppr refers to arms, comp_lowr = pants, etc. You will notice comp_jbib is set to 190, whereas in UB the shirts are 191. That is what I mean, so any number you have set in UB you would subtract 1 from it for the lspdfr ini.

I've been using Bejoijo's plugins for years and I am considering transferring over, but I had a few questions if anyone could answer. I assume you can customize regions in this too? Also I know with his plugins you have to also edit the base LSPDFR agencies to match if you want ambient units. Is this still required with this mod?

LSPDFR crashing with Too Many Addons
I recently installed the game again on my newer pc, and I have quite a bit of addons (but not as many as I thought would cause an issue). I've used this amount of addons before without issue. However, after installed the TLS LBV vest, belts, and holsters, the game crashes when loading LSPDFR, or even opening the EUP menu if I load that instead. At first I thought it was the holsters, but if I unload one of the TLS items, like the belts, LSPDFR loads fine (just the vest and holsters). I have heap adjuster, packfile adjuster, resource adjuster, and the updated gameconfig. Any help would be great :)

Yeah next time I can do that. I've turned down the respond radius, setting it to "RespondRadius = 600." With this, I've had a LOT less issues with the AI disappearing on spawn, so I do think it is some conflict with Ultimate Backup perhaps. Unless the dots for the backup responding happen to be the same dots used by that mod. Also something worth noting is that after they do disappear, when you try calling in additional units, they don't spawn at all. Only the first one spawns and then disappears; the others don't spawn at all yet they say "responding/attached" on the side of the screen.
