it is... you dont have to install the ELS files with the car literally every car on the website is non-els aslong as you dont install the els files with it. the car will work just fine if you dont install the els models.

I don't know if anyone else has said anything about this but ultimate backup k9s also have these animations played...

Hello! I love the mod however I was wondering what all is in the OIV / What it will do? Im trying to install only the National Guard and GSTPO aspects of this mod as I already have the rest of my agencies. Also in the future will there be different installations for each agency or are you planning on keeping it as just one all to together pack. Once again this looks great!

Late response but the backup will only work if your have BejoIjo's Ultimate Backup installed aswell.

Great model & livery! I know this was uploaded a while ago so I doubt this will get fixed but it's only a minor issue anyway, the tailights extend beyond the tailights, lol. Once again a great pack!

For the Blazer Addon, the line for the DLC list should be <Item>dlcpacks:\23blazerppvels\</Item> instead of what is in the addon document: <Item>23blazerppvels:/pts21/</Item>

Very great livery that goes with a very great boat. I would put 5 stars but the door emblem is spelt wrong with it being BSCO instead of BCSO. Lol.

I love the livery! Works perfectly with the boat. However the emblem on the boats door is spelt wrong with it saying "BSCO" but, its still a great livery. I love it.
