  1. That won't be until the summer at the earliest, maybe not until September.
  2. I am not doing an SBS transit skin, I have too much to do and not enough time to do it in.
  3. I could not figure out how to make the display show up properly, so I included it for anyone to use if they figured it out
  4. Here's what I recommend: Modelling program: http://www.blender.org (You'll need a different program to make them work in GTA IV, but for making models, Blender is very good, and free) I would recommend this channel to help you, but there are many more on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/user/cgboorman
  5. There is no easy, simple way to model something as complex as a human with no experience. Your best bet is trying to follow the tutorials. The most important thing you can do is practice, so load up your modelling program and practice making all sorts of different objects. Challenge and push your limits with each new model, then you'll have an easier time making peds for GTA IV.
  6. Have a look at using Blender, like with all programs it's got a steep learning curve, but it is so powerful and absolutely free.
  7. I don't know if I can do SBS, it seems a little too complex for me.
  8. the smrt symbol is to small! hmmmm but is fine!
  9. It will be released sometime today, UK time.
  10. I don't, I won't be taking screenshots until later this afternoon
  11. The destination, I did a skin, but it doesn't seem to show up on the bus, I'll try and fix it, if not, I'll just have the SBS skin.
  12. when will you release the sbs or smrt?
  13. That one should be fine, I'll have a go an skinning it soon
  14. If you can find a bus with a template I could try.
  15. Do you .ide lines end in -+livery or just +livery?
  16. Assuming you're using OpenIV, rename your extra livery so it is exactly the same name as the other liveries. Just like EvilJackCarver said, make sure you rename it so it is letter for letter the exact same thing as the other liveries in the model but with a different number on the end. If that doesn't work, make sure that you have added +livery to the vehicle.ide line of the model, and you could try using the Area Livery Mod to force different liveries to spawn.
  17. When I was younger, I was determined to be a police constable for Herts Police, now as I've gotten older, I'm studying to do this:
  18. I'll need to know what those badges on their shirts say first.
  19. It looks like they're made by a company in China, the model name is TBD6897 as seen here: http://www.aliexpress.com/item/Free-shipping-High-brightness-LED-police-lightbar-with-built-in-100W-speaker-siren-included-lens-color/1679604674.html
  20. I believe in the idea of give a man a fish, feed him for a day, teach him to fish you feed him for a lifetime. Learning this will save you a lot of time and texturing is something that anyone can do. First, I suggest you download this '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>> Then, open up the file you attached to your post. The easiest way to do what you want would be to import ("open as layers" if you're using gimp) the "various light textures" file onto its own separate layer. Then crop the "various light textures" image until the specific light colour you want is the only thing on that layer. Then, simply move this over the white light texture on the file you attached. Finally, copy and paste the cropped image over any other lights you want to change the colour of, and then export the new image.
  21. What model are you using? It might be that the model itself doesn't support the DROT feature.
  22. Have you enable the DROT ELS primary lights in the vehicle config file?
