    I didn't move after spawning the vehicle to test the lights and whatnot. I was able to turn on the takedown but because the spotlight was facing down, it shinned toward the right side of the vehicle rather it should look like it was shining between the front windshield and the car hood and not passing through the vehicle. Maybe I did something wrong and it caused that issue??

    If that is the case. how back is your vehicle.awe? If it's above 16kb, then that may be why your emergency vehicle sounds aren't working. If it is under 16kb, you must go into the vehicle.meta for OfficerArks and see if the audio says Police. Do you see where it says "audioNameHash" that is how it should look.

    go to your main directory, then go into the lspdfr folder. In the lspdfr folder, click Open Key.ini and scroll down. At the bottom, it will tell you what button it is for the siren. Typically, it would be either "R."

    so you placed the pack file and heap in the main directory with game config in openiv? Have you checked the vehicle data? the handling name is exactly the same name in vehicle.meta?
