    if you look closely at OfficerArk's vehicle, you should see a file called "something+hi" and see if there is any livery in there. If so, replace it there because the livery in ytd does not work sometimes and you have to change it in the +hi.

    we're trying to add something new to the pack that is unique and not the same as those other janky ass callouts who copy each other like a Mf'er. Its not fun anymore with their callout and no one wants to use it.

    it sem that you are missing the xml file within the plugin/lspdfr folder. i do not see any other error beside that, so make sure you have the xml in there. The xml file is the .ini (blkhway.ini)

    I do not have that issue. You can open the files up after downloading the Winrar and then check if the XML is in the right folder or right place.

    Its like that by default ... its the same thing when you remove all the livery off of .ytd and then leave it blank. It'll either go black or white.

    That strip is blue, not purple. The color is by default, you can change it in the trainer ingame

    i like that. Can you make all AI vehicles use fuel? They would have to pour gas like everyone else. If they run out of gas, they will pull to the side of the road and/or stop where they are and call a tow truck. I have some great ideas for this plugin if you would like to hear it.

    thats pretty neat. I live in Cali and to be honest, I should play CHP too but I have always removed it from my game. Maybe I should try this out and see how it goes. Awesome plugin dude and I hope it'll go to all CHP vehicles.

    i don't know ... i dont play local callouts. But there are so many callouts for locals that playing them isn't hard. You can check out their local callouts and compare to this one; most of them are something with a bit of a twist. you want this callout to be more active ... think out of the box and be creative.
