Wow! Looks Awesome! I don't used ELS that much since EVCS's Beta came out, but I still have ELS v7 installed & do use it sometimes. I wonder if we can key-bind mouse buttons now? I would really like that. It's much easier for me to press Mouse3 (middle mouse button) than to press Tab or any other button for the siren or airhorn.

Actually, if I remember correct, GPM did the same thing last year (making it snow on their website [actually, I think they just reused their last year's code this year, since it's exactly the same functionality as last year] ). Also, instead of deleting the files, just CUT & Paste them somewhere else (like in a folder on your desktop, for example). In that case, if, somehow, the problem is not with your saved game, then you will be able to get your saved game back by simply Pasting it back to the folder.

When does it freeze? When you enter the site, or after you click "Begin Detection"? If it's after you click "Begin Detection", then it's ok. That will happen, just let it be & it will un-freeze itself after a couple of minutes (anywhere from 2 to 10+ minutes, depending on your computer/laptop) & complete Detecting & give you your answer (which you then tell us about here)

Replace the "-width 320 -height 240" in the command line with "-width 800 -height 600". I don't think anyone can manage to play/test a game like IV with such a small resolution as 320x240 Heaven knows I can't, lol

I don't think you can handle the game with that laptop. Anyway, go to: http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri & search for Grand Theft Auto IV, then click Can You Run It?, then click on Begin Detection. When it's complete, tell us what it says here.

Don't use Traffic Flow in MP. It will cause doubles of people, & cars spawning at the same place, & that will make you crash.

In the .ini file (which is in the scripts folder, probably named indicator.ini), you should be able to type-in the key bindings. I set mine to "left=Delete" & "right=PageDown". "5) I accidentally saved while on duty (I know, i'm an idiot). Now my save is corrupted and I had to start the story over. Is there any way to skip missions (with a cheat/ external program)?" Figure out what is the save game's number (while in the save screen, count from the top). After that, go to C:/Users/[username]/AppData/Local/Rockstar Games/GTA IV/savegames/user_[gfwluserid]/ & delete the corresponding save game file. For example, if your save file is the 4th from the top, then your save game file name is SGTA4003, that is, 4 - 1 = 003. That way your game will automatically load the saved game before you saved while on-duty. Regarding almost every car moving being a taxi, that's the 'Taxi bug'. That usually happens when the game thinks there's a bit too much load on the PC. You can find various "Traffic Loaders" (do a Google search) that will "spawn" other vehicles in traffic. Keep in mind that having these Traffic Loaders may or may not cause a slowdown. (P.S. Sorry if the Bold is annoying )

Not to mention that, I just finished watching my favorite funny moments video & I want to replay it, but "NOOOO!! Please refresh the page! Why? Because herp derp, that's WHY!" Not to mention the new "An error occured" that now occurs on every 5-10 videos I try to watch. Also, this new comments system makes no sense. Previously, if someone replied to some other person's comment, I could just click "See Replied comment" & I could easily see it. Now, I have to click it the "in reply to [name]'s comment", wait for the page to reload, pause the video, & Pray to God that the previous comment, by some miracle, loaded. Many times it won't even load the previous replied comment I wouldn't actually mind the new "Log-in to G+" to comment much, if it weren't for all the other Sh*t changes & stupid bugs that came with it!!

Awesome! Loved the 18 WoS series, & enjoyed playing ETS 2 a lot. And now I get to explore California! Nice :)
