Your GrammerPolice is flawed An expected folder ao path is not found on your pc More specifically Could not find a part of the path 'E:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\plugins\LSPDFR\GrammarPolice\textures\radio' So your GrammarPolice folder should be uninstalled, then get newest pack, and reinstall

You have several paramters defined more than once I am not sure it is enough to explain your crash, though You also have an exception Exception message: The type initializer for 'Rage.Model' threw an exception. That is not so good But try to remove doublets in commandline.txt in your main directory. Post new log if you crash again

I would try uninstalling -rather disabling for a test at least, and see if you then can run the game past that ~15 min where you crash. Try it, and see what the result is. You could help the community if you also tried to disable STP and then run Kucera's The reason i ask you to do that test, is that if you infact have success with: Kucera's WITHOUT STP And Success with STP WITHOUT Kucera's Then there would be a high probability that these 2 plugins conflicts, and that would be valuable knowledge.

you have an odd line in the log: Detected Windows 8 Professional (64-bit) (6.2.9200.0)! Is that what you have installed?? I doubt you will be able to update win8 sufficiently in respect to runtime-libraries and c++ redistributeables, but i honestly does not know You do however have an error that is caused by not having an uudated RNuI Get it here https://github.com/alexguirre/ follow the instructions.

Unloading callouts
I am still not understanding you. LSPDFR has 3 default callout-types. Atm there are no methods for controlling the frequency ao if any should be excluded completely, however There was a post from leadprogrammer some time ago, where he agreed that default callouts should be more controllable. When you load a callout-pack, the 3 defaults are being mostly suppressed. The issue with is odd. When Dispatch ping YOU -You should see at text-box to left, YOU are supposed to press 'Y' immediately. That will create red-dots for either criminal-cars ao some smaller dots for criminal Peds. BUT! These red dots are shortlived! After a timer expires they DO disappear but are replaced with a black x where they last was seen So you are correct: There wont be any red dots on the map if you are slow getting to the position of the crime, and the dots are not supposed to be inside the red circle on the map, that circle only shows an approximately position where the crime was committed. In some of the callout-packs and in one of the default callouts a Yellow circle is placed on the map. That circle is indeed a search-area, and you will find criminals inside the yellow circle.

Hmm Everything looks fine 2 questions Kucera's: The one with callout interfase has been mentioned in some reports, but nothing sound related. What version of Kucera's do you have? Since this is a sound issue you could try to disable GrammarPolice, because it uses sound-devise directly, maybe there is something 'there' but i am only guessing

Your plugins are fine afaic see There are also no obvious 'wrongs' in your log There are some that get issues from STP, reason in unknown afaik You could try and disable STP and see if you fixed the crash-issue, but ..

Weapon wheel
Cant tell you why, but try this. Open GTAV in storymode Do not start LSPDFR! Roll mouse-wheel. Do you have selection of weapons now? If not You need to inspect your Setup, and make sure that mouse-wheel is bound to weapon-selection. If it is you need to re-update GTAV with your game-portal. Btw, 1-8 keys will switch your weapons faster that the whweel 1=unarmed 2= stungun or flashligt 3=shotgun 6 =Pistol The others depend on loadout -SMG can be 7, if you got one
