Make sure you have full writing rights, elese changes cant be saved. When was your character.ls last saved? Does that fit the last change you made to your character? One last option... In the Characters-folder there is one Character-file for each defined character, but also a .BAK file. The .BAK file may be uncorrupted so you should try and rename the .ls-file to .old, and change the .bak file to .ls Then retry your game. That could work -maybe..

You have an issue that sometimes can be solved with an updating of RNUi Get it here: https://github.com/alexguirre/ But you also have a 'corrupted' INI-file Command line option "ignoreDifferentVideoCard" is specified twice. Please remove one. You should remove one string. Otherwise you crash silently with no information about your installed add-ons. If you have a mods-folder, try renaming it _mods as a last attempt

You should be able to change dept. as you like(?) You cant witch Makes me wonder if you have installed your user-files into Windows-program-files. Then Windows will prevent you from making changes. Your profile file(s) are (Your characters name).ls (rubbish removed)

You need to do what i said: complete cleanout of everything except GTAV eg Get base-game run smoothly! Then DL complete new LSPDFR pack incl. Hook, and install that OBS! Important: DO make all the exceptions RPHook asks for when installing!!!! This image shows you all files that is part of an untouched GTAV installation (Vanilla-install). That will help you when you clean your folder But once again DO GIVE EXCEPTIONS TO THE FILES RPHOOK ASK FOR I am almost sure the problem ls there.
