    Make sure the blending mode for the layer is set to Normal. Also, check the opacity of the layer itself, as well as the paint bucket mode and opacity.

  18. It would be a Federal Signal Unitrol series siren. GravelRoadCop has a couple in his Modern Siren Pack. The Unitrol 80k sounds closest to the one that Polecat uses.

  20. Not anything in particular. It might resemble a real department, but I didn't exactly base it off of anything specific.

    I have decided to go through some files and release some of my work, due to life events and time constraints. Babies tend to take up alot of time apparently. So, here is file one - the City of Los Santos Police Textures I teased a while back. It's unfinished in the way of included vehicles. I don't plan on adding any more. I hope that everyone enjoys the pack as it's presented. If you're looking for a good pack to use with the vehicles, I highly reccomend Jedahdiah's Metro Police pack: Installation instructions and applicable credits can be found within the .pdf files included in the archive. Please do not hesitate to contact me personally regarding missing credits, I will fix it immediately. Please review appropriately.
  21. Just going to casually point out that 'close ad' button in the top left of the pop-up ad. (This is provided that I've interpreted things right and part of the problem is the pop-up ad that 'gets in the way of everything')
  22. NYSP would be a Whelen CenCom or similar siren. WPPD has no decent videos that I could find so I can't tell what siren they'd use.
  23. I don't see what is so life-altering about having .asi files being opened by the Notepad - but, there is a way to fix it through the Registry Editor.
  24. In the VCF, look for: <!-- AUX CORONAS --> <ACORONAS> <Headlights DfltPattern="1" ColorL="white" ColorR="white" /> - Change 'Headlights DfltPattern="1"' to 'Headlights DfltPattern="0"'

  27. Here's a topic I found with information you might find useful. I was aware that the number on the trunk was the division number - I wasn't sure what the number on the roof was for, but this topic should answer that question.
  28. Depends entirely on the department. LAPD uses amber lights in their patterns for the rear: Numerous other agencies do as well. Like I said, all depends on the agency itself. Changing the light colors in the ELS config file only changes the reflection of the lights on the environment, and not the actual light itself. The lights themselves are coloured through the use of images in the vehicles .ytd file.
  29. We have approached the idea for those and plan to implement them when time allows. Both NefariousBonne and I are busy with personal commitments right now.
  30. The only thing close to what you're looking for is this Kenworth crew cab. I'd suggest picking through the downloads section here for GTA IV. Just make the vehicle type filter for fire or ems and you might find something better.
