  1. You've posted this in the wrong section, this belongs in the LCPDFR > Media section, I've moved the thread.
  2. You are not allowed to change the subject of a thread, furthermore, it is not allowed as per the community guidelines to distribute content without permission from the original creators/contributors, you will have to wait until the site comes back up.
  3. BritishPoliceMods on YouTube made the model, he might have a different version that comes with a template
  4. Like this: http://www.gta4-mods.com/vehicles/cadillac-escalade-police--v10-els-f13103 ?
  5. OpenIV has some functions that SparkIV does not, you can import and delete textures in the wtd files, SparkIV can only replace textures. You can also add additional weapons and cars using OpenIV, among other things.
  6. The ARMA SUV from the PMC DLC is based on a Suburban. As stated, they do not have the licensing rights from Chevrolet to use their logos.
  7. Not related to LCPDFR, moving to Grand Theft Auto IV > discussion.
  8. Which one has the glass textures in it?
  9. You'll have to move it, you might have to hide the car model first though: use modify > move (disable "affect children" and "move pivot point only"), and select > quadr (or you could do by name), right click and drag the square so you select the lightbar (it will turn this diarrhoea strongish when selected), enter selected move (bottom right corner), and you should be able to move it, remember to unhide the car model.
  10. It is reputation abuse, however in a isolated case like this, we will ignore it.
  11. I think you're missing the point of what I said,I said that there's no need for rectifying reputation on a specific post.
  12. It is not up for you to "rectify" reputation points, we could regard it as abusing the system.
  13. Someone downrepped the post.
  14. Look in the downloads section. This is also not related to LCPDFR, moving to Grand Theft Auto IV > discussion.
  15. Have you tried restarting? If not, try restarting. I doubt restarting with work, I've had that error a few times, it's usually caused by a error during installing content using OpenIV or SparkIV, replace the modded files with the default and try again.
  16. Nothing to see here! This topic has been closed by G17 Media staff. If you feel that this topic has been closed in error, please report this post.
  17. You already have a thread about this, stick to using that thread instead of making new ones.
  18. The life officer feed has nothing to do with multiplayer, the installation reports back for the crime statistics system, which is used for the live officer feed. You need to find someone to play LCPDFR with, we have a thread for organizing games between users if you need to find people on this site.
  19. Not related to LCPDFR at all, moving to GTA IV > Support.
  20. Nothing to see here! This topic has been closed by G17 Media staff. If you feel that this topic has been closed in error, please report this post.
  21. Wrong section, post in the LCPDFR > support section, remember to read the stickies and follow the troubleshooter, you will be allowed to post a new thread if the troubleshooter cannot solve your issue.
  22. I do not know what you wrote, however there's several reasons as to why members should stay clear of arguments of that nature, most CT members have experienced getting angry messages, or had their reputation abused, or otherwise harassed by disgruntled members, which is is a part of the job as a CT member, however normal members should not experience that as they should use the site, and enjoy it. It is not to invalidate your arguments or points, but the CT has to look out for their members, it is a part of what we do.
  23. Tom H, this issue is between the Community Team (in this case me), and marine831, there's no need for other members who aren't CT members to get involved.
  24. As Tom H stated, that was party in reply to you complaining about people asking you if their computer could run GTA, anyone who's in doubt can run their Java thing and find out if they can run it.
