NB's LCPDFR 1.0 videos!
I'm back with more LCPDFR silliness/LAPD training videos! I'll have new LCPDFR videos every Monday, Friday and some Wednesdays. The videos are split into three series, Monday blues 'n twos, Wanted Wednesday and Felony Friday. They're all LCPDFR and they will probably be a little bit silly and stupid. Here's the video from today, Felony Friday episode 1: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N0awLYGnUag The mods I used in the video: CARS The Chargers aren't finished yet, they'll be released next weekend if everything goes well. COP PEDS Uniformed cops - made by Sam, they're bloody fantastic. Not released yet. >Plain clothes cops - made by Olanov. SIREN >cpt. MacMillans Federal Signal Smart Siren 2000, the best SS2000 mod! MISC SNT v6.5 >TrafficFlow Less cops Realistic helicopter sounds v1 >Indicator script by lil-rich Less Overtaking Gun sounds and physics mod No Intro, logos and faster game loading mod >Improved police computer background by me!

From the album: NB's in-game action
This poor cop is wondering why he didn't call in sick this morning, bent car, soaking wet and waiting for a transport unit from Bohan. Life sucks for generic cop. -
Right on our doorstep
From the album: NB's in-game action
First on scene at a suspected drug deal that took place in the alley next to the cop shop. Heavily armed suspects opened fire with Uzi's, Mac11's and AK-47's. One suspect led police on a man hunt involving several NoOSE teams, an air support unit and half of Algonquins beat cops. Officers managed to locate the evading suspect who also opened fire on officers. All suspects are reported to be in body bags. -
2013 Ford Explorer with LVMPD light bar?
Just when it couldn't get more confusing: Ford PIS and '11 Charger with a Liberty, '11 Charger with a Vision SLR and another PIS with a Valor. Fleet manager got drunk and ordered everything on Amazon by the looks of things. Anyway, the PIU you posted seems to have four FedSig MicroPulses on the pushbar.

Man Dies After Waiting 42 Minutes for an Ambulance
Not enough money and not enough people is the problem over here. The governments are cutting more and more from the budgets without caring that the services are worsened as a result, at worst they expect the same level of service. The trend within emergency services and hospital care is that they cut budgets, which means they have to lay off people and cut expenses in any way they can. Those that are making decisions are also fine with that corners has to be cut and "alternative" measures in some cases. The people that do work in government sectors are overworked, underpaid, considered disposable. They're frustrated, angry and generally upset that they can't do the job they care about the way they deem it's bet. They know that they will be fucked over if they don't produce the results that are required. Getting shat on by your superiors and top brass over and over is fair worse than being without a job. These people care deeply about their job, but they're forced to do it badly.

Mirillis Action! Issue...
I use Action! for IV. IV itself shouldn't be the problem, ENB's are the problem. I did manage to fix it though. I can't record using "game mode" so I use full desktop recording or active desktop region. I'm not sure that'll fix the problem, you try and run IV in windowed mode if it still crashes. You can do it by adding -windowed to your commandline.txt or setting it as a launch option on the shortcut in Steam or on a LaunchIV.exe shortcut on your desktop. You also need to use the stable (1.16.0.3) build, the beta (1.17.0.x) build didn't work for IV at all when I tested it. Action! is, in my option, the best recording software, it's superior to FRAPS. Action! eats less performance, the recorded videos are smaller than FRAPS. Action! excels with its audio recording, recording my voice to a separate audio track means that I don't have to worry about setting my game audio too high when I record.

Ability to throw nails on the ground
It's a nice idea, unfortunately it wouldn't work on models with ELS.
