Hello all, i'm trying to find a good ENB that works with ELS. Would like the ENB to be a graphics enhancer to because some just make the lights look better like, I have tried ENB-No conflict with LCPDFR. But it only is a light enhancer not a graphics one to something like that. Most 1.0.4.0 enbs work with 1.0.7.0 sometimes with them you get a werid texture glitch. So does anyone know of a ENB that makes the ELS lights look cool and realistic well at the same time making the game look better graphics wise? ( enb and icehancer are accepted)

I hate fraps, the reason why it takes so much FPS away is it tends to use allmost all your cores in your CPU. When I turn on fraps my CPU works at 93% with fraps off it works at around 25%. I use bandicam but might be using that other guys because bandicam the sound is really crappy

It works Iv done it you just need to mess around with it this is what mine looks like nstockade, nstockade, car, POLPAT, POLPAT, VEH@VAN, VEH@VAN_FO1_FO1, 100, 999, 0.2786, 0.2786, 0, Also it could be the handling line dosnt work for that car....

I can't but there is this air horn mod out there that you could just add in the siren that you want.

Could be done but people won't pull over to it, all it would be is just a sounds wouldn't do anything ingame....

Don't know if this is right or not but this is what I heard. ELS works by loading textures on to the car every mil second ( hint why it can't get damage as its basically reloads a different car) I think your better off finding out how ELM works because GTA 4 and GTA SA are 2 different ball parks when it comes to coding....

GTA already has a ELS version called ELM ( emergency Lights mod) Not made by the same people but mostly the same thing....

Alot of ENBS out there increase your frames, because they have smoother textures that are easier on your computer...

Bet that last one will cost 4x as much as any other crown vic

Already used bandicam..... Sound in game is really low, there is a fix for it but only works with windows XP unless someone knows how to use it for windows 7

Does anyone know a good ingame recording soft ware for GTA and what not that dosn't lag. Every one says FRAPS is so good but I hate fraps and it lags the crap out of my computer. I have tried Bandicam but the sound ingame is really low. Dxtory is good but it has crappy videos if you use less than 4 cores on it which GTA won't run good at all than lol.... So anyone know a good recording soft ware or how to fix the Bandicam low sound. I'm running windows 7 and price is not a problem...

Make sure you don't have a virus or anything....
