Vancouver Police - SWAT Uniform V.1.0

Simple police skin I made. It's just the regular SWAT (Helicopter Pilot, actually) uniform with Vancouver Police Patches and Vancouver Police on the back of the vest. There will actually be a version 2 of this where the front isn't all messed up where it says POLICE. I am in the process of making more Vancouver Police Department skins, some based off of the default skins, some I will make 100% custom (Except for the model) AND I will be publishing a Vancouver Police Undercover Crown Vic that I edited, the author removed it awhile back. And, if I'm able, I'll be modifying the BC Ambulance that was discontinued and "republishing" that (If I'm able, without breaching guidelines)
