Well, you can use one of the xlive or dsound, xlive is to disable Multiplayer, so if you're planning on sticking with MP, use dsound instead.

If you are using car mods, there could be an issue with the car, or the ELS lighting with the other officers having their lights running. You are able to disable them having that and it makes your game crash less frequently, It's in your ELS.ini, look for this: Ai_Els_Sp = off Ai_Els_Mp = on The SP should be on by default, switch it to off.

I would assume that the reason for the crashes is that your computer may not be able to handle the mods. Some mods can make your game crash if it doesn't work properly, I would contact the creator on that issue, since he can help you best.

I'm not sure what you mean by how to check the ID at a roadblock. Roadblocks are conducted when you are in a chase, you can stop traffic and order them out the car and then use the investigative menu to check ID. That's about it though,

Technically, military deployment in major situations and large riots is not illegal. While there is a lot of violent protest in Ferguson, most of that has subsided now since the Missouri Highway Patrol has taken over command and security of the protests. The National Guard has been used in major situations such as the 1992 Riots, this is not a large enough violent protest for the Guard to step in.

And i'm sure that they won't check a site such as ODMP or any other police site. There are plenty of sites out there that honor fallen cops. And people are killed by cops on most occasions because they killed a cop themselves, or attempted to. Why would there be a memorial for them?
