You should update to 1.0b, that is the latest version of LCPDFR. 0.95 is outdated.

The vehicles might be corrupt, you should try and use a different vehicle and see if that one works.

Have you tried lowering your graphics setting, or even using a different CVPI?

That's not a bug. The cops only arrest someone when they witness them doing a crime, if they do a crime they will raise their guns at the suspect and proceed to arrest.

Have you downloaded LCPDFR1.0a? that was a hotfix that fixed several issues with peds.

Can I see a screenshot of your GTA IV directory?

You need to make a thread on your issue for further support instead of taxing onto another.

Hm, my suggestion is to pretty much get rid of the trainer all together. There is something causing your trainer to bug out.

Please post your LCPDFR.log and Advancedhook so we can see the problem in those files :)

Emergency vehicles such as ambulances or firetrucks will NOT pull over. They used to in 0.95, but it was removed in 1.0. Also if it is an emergency vehicle, you really should try not to chase it, because they won't pull over anyway and it would be wasting time from my point of view, the ambulances popping up on the ALPR is most likely just a small glitch.

Your trainer most likely has a corrupt file. Have you tried reinstalling the trainer?
