Okay now i understand what steady burn's are, but are the hazard light's supposed to stay on when primaries are on?

I'm still a little confused, are they red and blue? EDIT: easier way, when the light's flash on the LAPD cvpi, which ones are they? the headlight strobes?

yakadafi is EVI check out his downloads section, as for an unlocked version, i highly doubt you will find one, scyattica has released the most unlocked model's so far, and EVI you can tell it's his work just by the model's

@Marine, a Sapphire Radeon6790 is a pretty decent upgrade for not even 200, i have nothing but good things to say.

Since GTAIV will pretty much eat any resource your computer has, my opinion, get a custom built PC not an already built one, trust me on that. for what you could pay for an already built one with MINIMUM requirement's, you could spent the same amount on seperate computer part's,build it yourself, know what your getting before it's installed and still have a way better gaming experience, after all upgrade i spent around $900.00 Canadian for my rig.

is that a laptop? don't think your processor is any good, that's possibly what the lag is, what are the graphic's? i have a custom built PC and my rig has a 6.0 rating, that's a low rating the 3.0 i mean

with the dashcam mod, when the speed limit gets stuck on red, that's when i pursue and go with that speed limit, which clock's around 40 or so, there's a meridian between the bridge coming into alderney right up to just before the turn off to get to the west dyke medical center, only issue is there everyone speed's, so i pursue the first one that passes.

the only reason i started this thread, was just to get everyones thought's on the war, i wasn't bashing american's or your country, wasn't trying to offend or "nitpick" at anyone, i have no issue with debate nor are all my views on the subject right to other's, but hey, we're all entitled to our opinion's, that's what a free country is all about in my opinion, freedom of speech.

All i have read so far, is maybe 1 or 2 people do not support the war as 1 quote said "let WW3 reign", i have yet to still be proved wrong that this is not true, i don't really care about the politic's of war, i leave that to politician's with the wonderful job that they are doing thus far..
