theirs 2 version's, 1 for IV 1 for EFLC don't really know why, you can use 1 SparkIV for both games, either or, doesn't matter which one.

I think he want's to turn it off? if that's the case, press F7 or during install tick the "disable callout's" feature. once you press F7 you will get a message "you are now busy and will no longer recieve callout's, press F7 again to recieve call out's" or something along those lines

Is there a way to change an existing vehicle sound to one of the "extra" vehicle engine sound's? example: Buffalo (TBoGT car) to Sultan RS (Main Directory)

someone could have just changed the lightbar colour it's really hard to say, i know THAT specific car was on BlackArtsMedia, but the site has a whole new layout, don't think they even have GTAIV mod's anymore, they only had canadian police vehicle's, all the car's had that lightbar, i know the toronto mod on here comes with a car with that exact layout here : it has A BUNCH of option to choose from.

Well, to be honest with everyone, this community is more like a family, most treat everyone with a certain respect, that is why i come here and browse through the forum's when i am not working, i personally don't hang out with anyone, just my dog and the woman :D, mainly because the people i have hung out with have proved to be either mooches (alway's asking for stuff) , druggies (not my thing anymore) people that drink everyday of the week (don't drink either) scrapper's (did that WAY too much through school, so, don't do that either), the result of how i am today, could be the end result of bullying..

i wanted the strobe effect also, which is very sad that it's not seperate, PPM is to buggy, without PPM even the taillight's probably don't even flash like that.

@Dhruv, from what i've noticed even a graphic's change makes a huge difference, i found Sgt.Kanyo realistic timecycle and just installed it, gives it the real world feeling, he took the night vision out, i didn't like it and cleaned it up, now, when i park somewhere for a speed trap it's more legit cause i can't even see the car, i might post some pic's later!, i also redid the current eugenic's texture and turned it into a crown vic manufacturing factory in Bohan :D, I use my own custom G4S securicor texture for the bearcat and completely turned Port Tudor to G4S base of operation's and they only patrol there with a few exception's, but right now i'm bored with my current car model's, i can't decide which one to use, cause i've used them all :(

I suddenly had a change of heart and completely redid my city Dukes regional Police patrols dukes, Alderney Police service patrol's alderney G4S armoured security patrol's broker and alderney, alqonquin provincial police patrol's alqonquin and broker police service patrol's broker, i edited the original shirt for the fat security guard and use him alot now, changing his unifrom to G4S :D
