I think the changing plane path's mod is bad enough, considering you can pretty much edit them to go through any part of the city, if it's going to be a script mod, then i would recommend not releasing it, there are alot of people who would probably post video's of it, crashing into the WTC and post them, i personally don't mess with stuff with comes to planes.

thank's man! believe me, when i first found this tool on that site my jaw hit the floor, all you gotta do type in what you looking for and it'll give show you result's in every cdimage that road textures, sign's or whatever you want to edit is ;)

I don't even really bother with other peoples road textures anymore, i make my own now, that way, i know what the result's are going to be before they are installed :) it's super easy but very time consuming to edit texture by texture, just open the road texture via Paint.NET and edit it there :) believe me, the end result is well worth it. if it does interest you to try making your own custom use this tool to make finding the road textures easier: http://www.gta4-mods.com/tools/ivtracker-f3825, just read the readme included, it will walk you through how to use it :) cheer's!

you make a good point, people probably say it's copyrighted so people won't try and steal what they made and everybody know's copyright infringement is MAJOR fines, doesn't make any sense, but i don't blame modeler's at all, basically modeler's are copyrighting what's already copyrighted :P Ford for example

Here in the canada it really all depend's, most officer's that have been on the force for 25+ year's (RCMP,Halifax Regional Police) know most people by face so they don't really need to, as for check stop's, the RCMP do them all the time especially on really hot day's (beach purposes) checking for drunk driver's, but they mostly just check your license and if your wearing a seatbelt, then let you go, as for traffic stop's, checking ID is entirely up to the Officer's descretion which in most cases they won't even bother if your polite and respectful.

A while back i couldn't use my controller i had to use my mose and keyboard, now i can use the aim buttom on the controller and press "E" but i also remeber reading that there wasn't going to be support for the xbox controller.

I wasn't able to use my 360 controller for arrest's before but i tried it last night again and i can now, was there added support for the 360 in LCPDFR?

I was just curious, is there a way i can edit the police computer to the department i use? instead of "LCPD Laptop"

I have back-ups of every GTAIV files, however, i constantly have issues with GTAIV so i use a modded EFLC as my back-up if i get tired of dealing with it and come back to it after about a month or so, or just got play skyrim on the PS3 :D

I have the disc version, i figured it out finally, but i really don't like the setup of EFLC it's very confusing with 3 different set's of CDImages, it's a pain in the keester, sometimes i have to load all 3 cdimages, and put my textures in all of them. sometimes i wonder if this game is even worth running lol, i've been having ton's of issues with both IV and EFLC, it's a pain after reinstalling about 1 to 3 times a week, to edit the visual setting's and vehicles.ide and redownload mod's, so i pull all those files out and put them aside, on a side note, maybe some of my issues have come from mix and matching files from IV and EFLC?

I open SparkIV for EFLC and import new textures and they just show up as the original uniform's and i checked the texture files and the textures i replaced the originals with are there, any ideas?

to whoever has the file, they have to ask EVI permission to upload it first, it's common courtesy to do so out of respect for the author.

RCMP V-COM is what i use, damn nice siren, there's also the O.P.P siren that sound pretty good.

so i would just replace police with "astonv12"? or just create a completely new handling line?
