to make it have multiple liveries, for which ever vehicle('s) you want, open the corresponding ytd file in open IV, then find the correct livery with correct name (police_sign_1 or what ever its named) name it to match that except change the number to 2 and so on so forth. Keep in mind if you put too many 4K liveries and your computer can't handle it, then it will crash your game with a memory error or will not spawn said vehicle, also you should remember to make sure the line in your vehicles meta has FLAG_HAS_LIVERY on the flag line. I think the Hurk's CHP pack is its own DLC, if not, you could just create your own trooper DLC with Darkmyre's custom car DLC mod. to get them to "spawn" in traffic you would have to edit that into the dispatch meta or pedgroups or pedpops im not sure which, i would be no help with that as i have no experience with it, but if you want them to respond as back up, as someone stated earlier in the comments, edit your backup.xml in the LSPDFR folder in your main GTA V directory.

Hey don't know if you're aware or if you are if you fixed it with this update, sometimes i get a repeating court case, it never goes away. Saide Cluck. Dui. it doubles itself sometimes as well..but it is there every time i start lspdfr.
