Can you remove XScanner from your game temporarily and start GTA V again to play a random callout?

Update LSPDFR by manually reinstalling it from here. Update Riskier Traffic Stops from here. Remove: LSPDFR+ Police Smart Radio Traffic Policer Vocal Dispatch Then retry. If the issues persist, upload a new log.

As cop99 suggested, Policing Redefined EMS and FD units will remain on scene unless you dismiss them manually. Even if they currently don't have a task.

Just to confirm is this for LCPDFR (GTA IV) or LSPDFR (GTA V)?

There is no LSPDFR-specific crash in your log. Are you sure it's LSPDFR crashing or rather your entire GTA V game?

Please upload the log from your main game directory called RagePluginHook.log instead.

What is the problem with ambient units? "Any fix for the ambient units?" isn't a very detailed description of your issue. Also, ambient units aren't handled by PR; those are configured via the LSPDFR XMLs found in GTAV/lspdfr/data/ -
Download this and drag and drop the .dll into your main game directory. Click yes if asked to replace.

NVE will crash your game if you load LSPDFR past the loading screen. You should be able to set LSPDFR to load during startup in the RPH settings screen (can be opened by clicking on the ⚙️ icon on the RPH splash screen or by holding shift during startup).

You are missing a file: Could not find a part of the path 'C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V Legacy\plugins\LSPDFR\CommonDataFramework\PostalXMLs'.

Most of these views are from guests. It's very unlikely they A: know the answer to your problem and B: want to make an account to answer. You are not very specific with your error description. Saying "but my LSPDFR and LML files are just saying 'F, you'" isn't giving a lot of information on what your issue is. Unless you posted something of interest in the "spacer.png" which failed to embed...
