  1. Rename your mods folder to _mods and retry.

  3. Double heap and packfile value, and set the resource adjuster value to 7-8000. Then retry.

  5. It's called ResourceAdjuster.ini. Also, tell me how many GB of ram your GPU has.

  9. After installing GTA for the first time and doing what yasd suggested, have you ever moved your GTA V installation? The only reason I could think of that would cause this is moving the GTA install files to a place the launcher wouldn’t suspect it in forcing the game to fully reinstall. Even if originally only one file was missing.
  10. Sometimes this happens when the arrest animation of the bugs out, especially when a AI cop and you try to arrest at the same time. This shouldn’t happen consistently. If it does your issue is most likely to be related to something else.

  14. Yes it should. No. This was designed to be ran with two different devices but also works with alt tabbing.

  18. Are you crashing to the desktop? Try renaming the mods folder to _mods and try to play for a bit again.

  22. And your normal game files are untouched, correct? Could you rename your LSPDFR folder inside the plugins folder to _LSPDFR and retry?
