I described both your options in my initial response. Either continue playing the story until you are no longer being followed or install a 100% game save. A third option would be to revert back to an earlier save where you aren’t followed yet. But having a safe of that point is pretty rare as most people only have one save to begin with.

Either continue playing the sorry or install a gameconfig that already has 100% of the missions done.

Multiple ways of doing that here. A trainer of your choice might have the option to add ammunition to your inventory. Otherwise you can press F4 and enter the command GiveWeapon [your desired weapon]. The stop the ped approach suggested by @foxik also does the job.

If you would’ve read the file description carefully, you’d notice the note saying that the mod has been depreciated. Most likely that’s the cause for it to no longer work. Try to rename mods to _mods. If that works you’ll have to rebuilt your mods folder. Your topic has been moved to GTA V Support, this is not LSPDFR related. Fix what exactly? Provide more detail and perhaps upload your RagePluginHook.log.
